XY OU No items OU tourney... HELP!

This is the idea for a local tournament I have coming up! The tournament rules also state that there will be no held items, including mega stones. Please help!

Talonflame
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Acrobatics
- Flare Blitz
- U-turn
- Roost
Talonflame is the typical smogon bird except it was Acro instead of BB. This is for longevity and Acro has 110 BP since there are no items. He is a great revenge killer and checks my team's weakness to Mold Breaker EQ users (namely Excradrill)

Greninja
Ability: Protean
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Extrasensory
- Ice Beam
- Grass Knot
- Scald
Greninja is the fast special attacker for my team. No mega manetric to worry about either, so is is safe to say that he will outspeed most everything. Plus he hits hard with a Protean power. Works well as he can cover up Fighting & ground types that may have killed Heatran.

Garchomp
Ability: Rough Skin
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Poison Jab
- Outrage
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
The fast land shark that is Garchomp. Would it be an OU team without him? The only question I have here is Poison Jab. I ran poison jab for literally ONE reason: Azumarill. Now everyone says :"EQ is only 10 BP less than SE Poison Jab" that's true, but I can also poison the sucker and stack damage.

Heatran
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 HP / 126 Def / 4 SpA / 126 SpD
Calm Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Roar
- Toxic
- Lava Plume
Bulky flats fire Heatran, here to set up rocks and spread toxic status like herpes at a sex addiction camp. I don't really see how much more I can elaborate on him, Lava Plume is there in case someone gets cute and brings a Taunt user.

Conkeldurr
Ability: Guts
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Adamant Nature
- Drain Punch
- Ice Punch
- Knock Off
- Mach Punch
Scary clown, construction worker from Hell. With drain punch, he gets good recovery. With ice punch, he gets good dragon & flying coverage. Knock off for pesky ghosts (no item boost but 65 BP with his attack is still great). Mach punch for priority.

Rotom-Wash
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 132 SpA / 124 SpD
Modest Nature
- Will-O-Wisp
- Thunderbolt
- Hydro Pump
- Volt Switch
The ghost in the machine. Will-o-wisp for physical attackers who try to run game. Hydro pump because I have too and it's good STAB. T-bolt for good STAB. & V Switch to get put of Dodge if need be. This is the slot that I am worried about though :/

No held items? That's a really weird way to try and spice up a tournament. Banning megas and requiring that every team member holds a different item would be much better in my opinion.

Please include three lines of description for each team member, including why they work well together.
