NO USED/N00B TEAM

Hello, This will be my topic of introduction, so yeah, also, I´m not english native so avoid problems with grammar. Besides, don´t use letters such as TR (Trick Room) because i won´t understand most of them, anyway. here is my team and description:

Gothitelle
Ability: frisk
Nature: A neutral one
Item: Light Clay
Moves:
-Light Screen
-Reflect
-Psichic (Don´t know if baton pass)
-Calm Mind
EVs: 130 Def 126 SpD 252 HP

Ok, This is too ovbius, Light Screen and Reflect for 10 turns for lead, Calm mind for either, boost herself for psichic or baton pass it to another pokemon, also, I prefer this pokemon Way more than Reuniclus. I know some counters, like lead choice scarf raikou, but i cab switch into bastiodon however. Gothi as lead with frisk can let me know if it is choice, so it is usefull for leads

Empoleon
Ability: torrent
Nature: Brave
Item: Leftovers
Moves:
-Aqua Jet
-Rest
-Drill Peck (Just don´t know what to put)
-Swords dance
EVs: 252 HP 252 Def

Almost a surprise set, one offensive-phisical attacker like empoleon is a surprise, the idea here is switching to empoleon to pokemon like houndoom or others, so i can use a boost to my attack and spaming aquajet to death, the only counter i would had is Ferrothorn so yeah. Anyway, aqua jet 3ohko any pokemon that doen't have resistance to water, buuut i can use more swords dance and keep spaming i putted def and hp for making him almost a mixed wall so it is good walling, the incredible thing that a deoxys speed form with 0 evs 4ko him, i know this because my friend is n00ber than me

Conkeldurr
Ability: guts
Nature: Naughty
Item: Flame Orb
-Rock Slide
-Payback
-Drain Punch
-Bulk up
EVs: 126 Def 126 Atck and 252 HP

Pretty ovbius set, I just want to know if I make rock slide mach punch, or something, Priority is always great for these kind of pokemon who doesn´t have any speed at all. I putted max hp here just because his bulkyness helps and he hits everything

Alakazam:
Ability: any, planning yet
Nature: Modest
Item: Choice Band/Scarf
Moves:
-Focus Blast
-Phisich
-Fill
-Fill
Evs: ovbius SPAtck and Speed FTW

So, i need help with the other 2 moves left for alakazam so yeah, need help, besides, is the only special sweeper in my team i can replace it with gengar or a slower pokemon to make a trick room team, so this poke is up to you guys

Hippowdown:
Ability: not the sandstorm one, would ruin my team
Nature: one that ups Atck but lowers SPdef
Item: Life Orb/Leftovers
Moves:
-Curse
-Rock slide
-Earthquake
-Slack Off
Evs: 252 HP, 126 Def and 126 Atck

So, pretty ovbius curse set, his attacks get a really great boost after a curse, so his Def, lowers his ppathetic speed which has no use at all, also i tested this and he hits really hard after 3 curses, you might say " he won't survive after 3 turns of curse" this may be right with spedef atackers but with the knowlege of the oponent team i know what and wht not to avoid

Bastiodon
Ability: planning
Nature: Neutral
Item: Air baloon
Earthquake
Rest
Metal Burst
Rock Stealth
Evs: 252 HP, 126 Def and 126 SPDef

Yeah, the kind of poke you would love to use metal burst, works like a counter, Rock Stealth for hazards and rest FTW, Earthquake for a little offensive thing, so if it gets trapped by taaunt at least can attack something.

And that´s it, Rate it please!

Checks:
-bastiodon sucks, replacing wit forretres/blissey
-natures are horrible, but difficult to get the ones desired

Hello RPGamer! You have a pretty creative team, unfortunately I'm not sure how effective it would be.

Your team won't perform well in the competitive battling scene, as your Pokemon and sets are a little funky.

Some of your Pokemon simply are not viable at all for OU, especially with your sets. Bastiodon, unfortunately, is terrible and should never be used.

Almost all your guys have some weird EV spreads, and moves aren't really that great either. Also, your natures aren't the best either. (Neutral nature? Brave nature Empoleon? Naughty nature Conkeldurr and Hippowdon?)

Your team I'm sorry to say won't perform well in OU, as there are simply too many threats that can 6-0 your team. I can't really offer any advice either without literally changing your entire team.

You seem new to competitive battling, so here is my advice to you: Download a free Online Pokemon battling simulator. I recommend either Pokemon Online or Pokemon Showdown. This way you can test out anything you want easily and fast, and see what works and what doesn't, what threatens your team, etc. You'll also see common Pokemon most people use, and find out what the most competitively viable Pokemon are.

I also recommend you read Smogon's Strategy Pokedex, and see what sets, moves, EV spreads, etc. work best for each Pokemon.

PS Also remember when you post a team in this section, you should have at least a 5 line description under each Pokemon. It helps raters understand your thought process, the Pokemon's role, etc. ;)
 
Yeah the thing of the natures is, that i won't get the desired ones never, i hate pokesav and I'm a legit trainer, i uses the priority of empoleon because his nature too, also, I'm pretty sure of something, if i replace alakazam, i think this team would be a perfect trick room team, anyways if i do that payback conkeldurr won't work well, so i would use things like mach punch or whathever, i have PO and made some battles before, but as I said, i make myself illusions using it, because i won't ever get perfect IVs or natures so yeah, that is my point, if you could point something else i'd appreciate it and please, be a little more specific

In fact, i hate all the natures, but is the closest thing i have to perfect natures
Also there are a lot of bulk and that is why hp everything, because most of the poke wont stand too much if i don't put hp
 
I totally agree with Avatar Korra said and keep in mind that some pokemon arent in OU for a very good reason. I am mainly talking about bastidon, you know you would think that rock/steel would be awesome typing....but no. This is coming from a guy that uses some NU pokemon in OU and wins.

Aaaaaa i see why, water, ground and fighting 3 common atacking types, then, can i switch bastiodon with blissey? Or another wall. Maybe i should use forretresa and make good use of stealth, rapid spin, spikes and gyro ball right?
 
Regardless of how you feel about them, natures are very important for competitive Pokémon play. If you have that much trouble obtaining legit Pokémon with optimal natures, you should seek the WiFi forum for help. (But don't make a thread asking for free stuff)

You also didn't mention any abilities which are very important and can make or break certain Pokémon like Gothitelle. Also, as a general rule for natures, you should use a nature that decreases the attacking stat that you aren't using, unless of course you have a mixed attacker. For instance, Conkeldurr and Hippowdon should both be Adamant if you really want the Attack boost because you don't need Special Attack whatsoever.

Finally, the RMT forum is used for people to rate your team once it has already proven itself in a competitive environment. This is not the forum for people to tell you how to start your team or tell you what to use unless you have tested the team already and they want to make a recommendation for a replacement
 
I Yeah but conkel and hipp are hatched from eggs, it would be difficult to obtain one with good natures with those egg moves (drain punch and curse respectivelly) let me update the list with the abilities
