No Weather!? This is Madness!

The main problems for this team include Life Orb Thundurus (who can switch in vs Scizor and start causing problems with its insane power and coverage, especially if the opponent can predict) and a bit of redundancy. To fix this, try changing either Rotom or Chomp's set. Two Scarfers is really redundant in this case because both of them revenge the same mons, more or less, so I recommend making Garchomp a Swords Dance set. This is because you already have the necessary tools for an SD Chomp sweep - Virizion will demolish Gliscor+Rotom-W cores for it. SD Chomp will also help Scizor sweep - it will 2HKO Skarmory with a surprise Fire Fang. Yache will help you score a kill on many a surprised Thundurus - while it's not a surefire check, it's the best way to stop it without messing your team's synergy up too much.

Garchomp @ Yache Berry | Jolly | EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Swords Dance | Fire Fang | Dragon Claw | Earthquake

The other fix I had in mind was to run Swords Dance > Stone Edge and Expert Belt > Life Orb on Virizion. Stone Edge hits Volcarona and fliers, pretty much. Volc isn't really a problem because after SR, Close Combat will take him out handily, and the fliers (Dragonite, Mence) are smashed by HP Ice. Meanwhile, SD will give you yet another potential sweeper that your opponents will struggle to keep in check along with Chomp and Scizor. As for EBelt, it will not only give you more survivability, but it can also create the illusion of a choice item, which is a great thing for a lure to have.

In summary:
-SD Chomp > Scarf Chomp
-Swords Dance > Stone Edge, Expert Belt > Life Orb on Virizion

Great team, good luck.
