The Lead:
electrode.png

Electrode @ Focus Sash *** Pokeball
Ability: Static
EVs: 80 HP / 252 SpA / 176 Speed
Jolly Nature
- Taunt
- Thunderbolt
- Explosion
- Hidden Power [Ice]

Electrode can outspeed Jolly Aerodactyl, and can easily 2HKO it. If you can predict carefully, you can switch this guy in on a resisted physical move and possibly paralyze the pokemon. You should damage a lead before you explode because of focus sash, and Electrode should be fast enough to hit first anyways, unless you're against Ninjask or a Scarf lead.

The Revenge Killer:
gengar.png

Gengar (F) @ Choice Scarf *** :)
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Speed
Timid Nature
- Shadow Ball
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Focus Blast
Gengar should be an easy switch in if you predict the Earthquake. HP Fire over Ice to kill pesky Scizor who think they can Pursuit you. Gengar can take those fighting attacks aimed at Blissey and Tyranitar, and hit back fast. Although I think a Life Orb would be a better choice so I can switch moves, but when I tried it, I was getting OHKOed by Rotoms and faster Gengars. So I kept this set.

The Wall(:
blissey.png

Blissey (F) @ Leftovers *** :D
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 Def / 80 SpA / 176 SpD
Calm Nature
- Toxic
- Wish
- Protect
- Flamethrower
I had a Togekiss in this spot, but Blissey had better use with Toxic and can Wish pass or stall out the poison. I also needed a Wall that can hurt Stallrein. Anyways, she can usually lure out Scizor who gets Fire HP Fire up his butt. I was thinking of maybe putting in a rapid spinner in this slot because you'll be switching a lot, and without a rapid spinner, you'll get hurt from SR and Spikes. So help with that please(:

NomNomNom:
Scizor.png

Scizor (F) @ Choice Band *** Pincher
Ability: Technician
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Bullet Punch
- Superpower
- U-turn
- Pursuit
I had max speed on this, but people suggested that I move the EVs to HP. It really helped Scizor take hits, and can Revenge easier now. With Bullet punch, he covers the Ice weakness that this team has. I would've had a Bulky SD Scizor, but being a fast offensive team, I think I'd rather switch to a counter than Swords Dance. And since my team's not a stall team, their team won't be weakened as much, so Bullet Punch won't get enough kills.

Rawwwwwr!:
tyranitar.png

Tyranitar (F) @ Life Orb *** Reptar
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 HP / 252 Speed
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Crunch
- Stone Edge
- Fire Punch
DD Tyranitar! He'll wreak havoc if you can get that Dragon Dance in. I usually switch out if that Lucario comes in because of Vacuum Wave, and switch to Latias. Tyranitar also makes good bait, so the prediction is easy. I would've had Curse Tyranitar, but I felt that it was too slow, and for an Offensive team, it wasn't enough.

Another Dragon!:
latias.png

Latias @ Life Orb *** NOMNOMNOM
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 Speed / 252 SpA / 4 HP
Timid Nature
- Calm Mind
- Dragon Pulse
- Surf
- Hidden Power [Fire]
I had Flygon in this slot, Latias was a better typing of a Dragon, and can counter Fighting moves aimed at Tyranitar. One of the threats is Scizor who can kill you with U-Turn, or Pursuit, so might as well hit it with HP fire because you faint. I think I need a better counter to Scizor though.

Well that's it, rate my team yes?(:

First of all, please change that Scizors EV spread too:

248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 Spe

Or my personal favourite:

160 HP / 176 Atk / 4 Spe / 168 SpD

Which lets you kill Latias a lot easier.

You probably want to lengthen your descriptions on your pokemon, they are FAR too short.
Also, A) Electrode sucks in OU B) FOUR choice users? FOUR? That's so overkill.
Have you even tried this team yet?

This is a good team, although I want to suggest something.

What's with Scizor's Speed? why max? it's pretty useless when you have Bullet Punch so, change Speed EV's > HP EV's so that Scizor can take some attacks(248 HP or 252..)

Next, on Tyranitar. I agree that ScarfTar is a real surprise but Dragon dance seems a bit better. Well, I mean, Scarf locks you into a move. Example, Tyranitar locked into Ice punch would allow Empoleon to at least get a Substitute, activate Petaya berry and Torrent sweeping your team. On Dragon dance, You can scare pokemon or switch Tyranitar on pokemon that can't really do anything to 'em, like Cresselia. But if you don't like it, then use Choice Band. Choice band is a real threat to any team, it even 2HKO's Hippowdon.

Four choice users is a bit too much. You could use another bulky pokemon like standard wish-passer vaporeon or sub-cune, they are both bulky waters which could compliment scizor, togekiss, and flygon.

Thank god lol someone said it, Four choice users it WAY to much especially when you have no entry hazard the just switch out into whatever hurts you. If you switch and they have entry hazard then they can just switch around until you loose. Anyway, other than that I see Ice types raping you with not much to say back. Ground types will hurt pretty bad to. A steath rock set up or a stone edge will hurt you. But apart from all the weaknesses the team would run well, you just need to find equivalents of tyranitar that can help you out.

But nice fast paced offensive teamI like it

everyone above my comment is right
4 choicers are way too many and considering you basically will force yourself to switch, while having no wall or rapid spinner
i suggest you replace scarf tar with some wall or a bulky ttar
and why do have flygon?
scizor fully does its job
so i suggest you replace it with cm latias to have some synergy

So I made some edits.
Changed Togekiss to Blissey
EV spread for Scizor 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 Spe
Flygon to Latias
Scarfitar to DDTyranitar.

Going through your team, I really think Electrode should be changed to a better lead. Its UU for a reason, and is really only used on Rain Dance Teams. In OU, there are a number of fast taunting leads. Also, I noticed your team's lack of stealth rock, which is a staple on any successful team. So I suggest changing Electrode to:

Azelf @ Focus Sash
4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
28 SpD IVs
Naive Nature

~ Stealth Rock
~ Psychic
~ Explosion
~ Taunt / Fire Blast

One of the best leads in the Metagame. Azelf can set up stealth rock virtually every match, and can take out many of the common leads with a high base special attack and speed. With Taunt, it can stop slower leads from setting up, so I suppose thats your primary option. Azelf can also explode if needed, basically giving a free kill.
