What is the bug?
When checking what rooms a user is in, Français is misspelled Franais

Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Yes, go to the french room and click on someone's name
 
Languages that use characters not in the English alphabet in their room names do not have said non-English characters in their actual room ID; they're more akin to punctuation or symbols in usernames in that they can be added and taken out without changing the internal ID. This is not a bug.
