Non Pokebank adapated to Pokebank team (peaked 1724)

Hello it's me and despite this being my first RMT on Smogon, it's still an amazing team when used right. This is my B team btw; my A team will be posted later.

Team Building Process

I really wanted to use Mega Mawile so I started with that. I was never really a big fan of regular Mawile and it got so many buffs this gen, it's incredible. Rotom Wash is a great partner to Mawile; it covers weaknesses and deals with Heatran, a big threat to Mawile. I knew Mega Venusaur would probably wreck my team as it was so I decide to add Talonflame. Excadrill is the perfect teammate to Talonflame, spinning and dealing with things like Tyranitar and Rotom Wash and Heatran. I needed a fast special attacker and Greninja was the first to come to mind. At first Goodra occupied the last slot but after realizing it's a steaming pile of poop and that status was the main reason I lost battles I decided to go with Sylveon.

Nom Nom (Mawile) @ Mawilite
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature

- Sucker Punch
- Fire Fang / Substitute
- Swords Dance / Focus Punch

The pokemon my team is based around. As long as Heatran and Venusaur are gone, this thing will wreck or at least soften the team up for Talonflame or Greninja. It got so many buffs this gen, it's a wonder why it's not everywhere like Rotom. The SubPunch set is there to lure Heatran.

Washington (Rotom-Wash) @ Chesto Berry
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 Spe
Bold Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Volt Switch
- Will-O-Wisp
- Rest

The essential anti meta possessed washing machine. Very good synergy with Sylveon in terms of what they deal with; Heatran, Talonflame, Pinsir, and Scizor go all over Sylveon while Conkeldurr , Latios , and dragons in general give Rotom trouble. Venusaur and Excadrill give both trouble though.

Twitter (Talonflame) @ Choice Band
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd

One of the most OU pokemon out there and arguably the best revenge killer: Talonflame. Mainly there for Venusaur, a big fat threat to any team. I guess Talonflame replaced Scizor as the best priority user.

Slurp (Greninja) @ Life Orb
Ability: Protean
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Hydro Pump

- Ice Beam
- Extrasensory

First special sweeper that comes to everyone's mind. It's just so adaptable to any team! This one deals with Keldeo, Dragonite, Excadrill, Alakazam, Tyranitar, and tons more. There's no way I could pass up the awesome shiny!

Dig Dug (Excadrill) @ Air Balloon
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Stealth Rock / Iron Head
- Rapid Spin
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide

Basically the perfect teammate to Talonflame. It has Rapid Spin, deals with rock types and Heatran, and has perfect synergy. Although to be honest, it's the pokemon that does the least work in my team.

SylverLining (Sylveon) @ Leftovers
Ability: Pixilate
EVs: 12 Spd / 252 Def / 244 HP
Bold Nature
- Wish
- Heal Bell
- Protect
- Hyper Voice

My cleric. Burn and paralysis would destroy my team if it weren't for Sylveon. Easily the best cleric in OU.

Since when was being standard ever a reason for a team to suck? There's a reason it's standard you know. It's because it's GOOD; because it WORKS. I'm not saying creativity is a bad thing either. But your rating and logic is pretty bad. Greninja has Protean genius!. It's not even that big of a deal if weaknesses are shared, it happens all the time, just so long as you cover them up. I've basically beat anyone with this team as long as there is no hax( which doesn't happen with my A team) so is that a great reason to give my team a 0? It peaked 1724 for Pete's sake! Think before you rate.
