Non-Weather Bulk

First things first. I play on Pokemon Online, so some pokemon or sets I use may be against smogon rules. Please just ignore these. Thanks. Now, for the team.

(Deoxys-D) @ Leftovers
Trait: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 160 Def / 96 SDef
Calm Nature
- Magic Coat
- Stealth Rock
- Spikes
- Recover

This set is fairly standard, with one difference. Most Deoxys-D leads use taunt over mirror coat. For me, mirror coat is way more effective. Many people lead with a pokemon who try to taunt Deoxys, and mirror coat in turn taunts them, allowing me to get a free set-up turn.

Terrakion @ Life Orb
Trait: Justified
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Close Combat
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Retaliate

Terrakion is on here because my team origianally had major troubles with tyranitar and magnezone. Nothing more to be said.

Skarmory (M) @ Shed Shell
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Spd
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Roost
- Spikes
- Whirlwind
- Brave Bird

Skarmory switches in to ANY physical sweeper with ease, setting up with spikes. Then, he simply roosts and spins. Also, he serves as a perfect counter to baton pass teams. Sturdy allows him to survive the first hit, and whirlwind the reciver out. With the abundance of dragonites and other set-ups who use my Deoxys hazard-turns to boost themselves, Skarmory is a valuable asset to my team.

Starmie @ Life Orb
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Hasty Nature (+Spd, -Def)
- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Grass]
- Surf

Everyones favorite starfish, Starmie. The reason i chose HP grass is because gastrodon and quagsire wall me. ALL THE TIME. Easy fix.

Latias (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 28 Spe / 228 Def
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Dragon Pulse
- Recover
- Substitute
- Calm Mind

Im looking to replace latias. Ideas?

Gengar (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Shadow Ball
- Focus Blast
- Substitute
- Disable

Gengar serves as my spinblocker. His nature allowes him to outspeed and kill other gengar varients, and Sub-Disable will wall a suprising amout of pokemon.

Threats:

Reuniclus: The Calm Mind set is a huge trouble to this team, as it walls everything on my team.

SS Cloyster: Shell smash, sweep, im dead.

A spread of 252 HP, 160 Def, 96 SpDef Calm is much more efficient at taking hits with Deoxys D than 252 HP, 128 Def, 128 SpDef Hardy.

Starmie really needs the Timid nature to be outspeeding a lot of foes since with Modest, you're only outspeeding base 100s.

There is absolutely no reason not to run Impish on Skarmory opposed to Lax. Impish lowers SpA, while Lax lowers SpDef, which every little bit counts for a wall like Skarmory. Also, use Drill Peck or Brave Bird as a mean of offense on Skarmory over Autotomize. You switch your Skarmory into SD Scizor. So what. You can't do anything back to it, and you'll eventually end up losing. Not only that, but once your Skarmory is Taunted, it becomes entirely useless. Finally, when Skarmory is your last Pokemon, you basically lost. Because Skarmory can't do anything to the opponent.

Use the spread of 248 HP, 252 Atk, 8 SpDef (or 8Def, or 8 Spe) on Scizor. This allows Scizor to switch into Stealth Rock 9 times opposed to 8. Especially considering the fact that you lack Rapid Spin on Starmie.

In my opinion, having Latias on your team is extremely redundant. It opens a HUGE weakness to Tyranitar, you already have a Psychic Special attacker on your team (Starmie), and overall doesn't fit very well with the team. And it creates a big weakness to Magnezone as you said. Scarf Terrakion, or any type of Terrakion really, can help you patch up the weakness to Tyranitar, and allows you to hit Magnezone.

Terrakion @Choice Scarf
Justified
4 HP, 252 Atk, 252 Spe
Jolly (+Spe, -SpA)
-Close Combat
-Stone Edge
-X-Scissor
-Earthquake (for Toxicroak)

And finally, you're going to want to have Focus Blast over Thunderbolt on Gengar. Yes, it has poor accuracy, but it provides PERFECT coverage along side Shadow Ball. And it can also put some damage into Tyranitar too.

@ Mupa

Latias is really my mvp, and gets me a win all by itself at least 1/5 of the time, and does massive damage the other 4/5. Starmie is going to be replaced, so its not redundant at all. The terrakion, however, might be a good replacement for starmie... Also, SR isnt common on the Pokemon Online server.

Well you're going to want to change Latias' nature to Bold using 252 HP, 228 Def, 28 Spe since Calm Mind is already boosting your Special Defense. Using that spread allows you to set up on Physical attackers.

And just because Stealth Rock doesn't seem common to you (it is), you still want the extra insurance against it when using Scizor, so I still recommend you using 248 HP, 252 Atk, 8(filler).

Also, I needed to edit in the first part of the rate in my last post (due to technical difficulties), so be sure to read that too.
