A team in OU that is not weather, madness??? Nope, this is sparta. I have tarted battling on OU with my old team with about 50/50 success with my old team. But I wanted a team that was made to last in the changing metagame. The metagame goes and changes in waves. My guess is that weather willl not last forever so my team that is made to counter weather will also not last long, so I'm trying to make a team that will last long.
Team Building process
This seems to be working for me right now. The things I have troubles with are:

This pokemon is a beast, base 147 attack is able to punch hole in unprepared teams, rip holes in prepared teams. With scarf it out-speeds anything that is not boosted. The plan is to bring him out after a safe switch-in and wreak massive damage with outrage. If something is setting up subs then you dual crop, with EQ and mold breaker gives you almost unresisted coverage. This pokemon is a keeper.
Magnezone @ Leftovers
Trait: Magnet Pull
EVs: 40 HP / 252 SAtk / 216 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)

- Hidden Power [Fire]
This is Haxorus life partner, one is physical and one is special. Think of a Haxorus switch-in that is safe, almost all of them are trapped by magnet pull and then boost with charge beam and Hp Fire. He can set-up while doing damage. This is the best counter to steel types that I can think of. This pokemon is a keeper.

This is like a new skarmory. The ev spread is to give it balanced defenses, it can take a hit and deal some damage. One thing is how he can come in on psychic and then do damage. Thinking of changing brave bird for payback.

Can come in on electric moves and just pass along status and just wreak havoc. Also is a cleric, this helps on a team that is easily beaten by pokemon giving me status. This little guy helps the type synergy of my team and he’s so cute.

Ability: Guts
Evs: 4 Hp/ 252 Atk/ 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Attack/-Sp Attack)
-Close Combat

-Stone Edge
-Pursuit
This is the ‘lead’ of my team, he hits hard and can deal massive damage. This guy is up for grabs, I’m either going to get a completely new lead or just change to a choice band. Good at hitting thing hard if Haxorus cannot.
This team is not as likely to win as my other team, but this is trying to be a surviving team throughout the changing metagame. I do need a designated lead which I do not have. Thanks for reading.

Seeing a weakness to groung I needed something that is flying type or a levitator, and why not have it as a wall also?
Now I need a boosting sweeper that was able to hit a Ice type hard.
I just wanted a Sp. Def wall on my team and seeing that it covered lots of weaknesses I chose this guy.
Now I wanted a good revenge killer, so I chose a scarfer.
After seeing that I needed Entry hazards and Rapid Spin I took out the onne not pulling his weight.
