Non-weather OU team

Bastiodon @ Iron Ball
Nature: Careful
Ev's: 252 Hp 252 Spd 4 Def
- Taunt
- Metal Burst
- Toxic
- Block

Although Bastiodon may not be the first choice of a lead, I use him as a lead eater. He can be relied upon to kill any strong leads with super-effective moves like earthquake easily. He simply lets them hit him, goes down to 1 Hp and then uses metal burst, taking them out no problem. This often takes people by surprise, and can often set the game up for me. Taunt is used to prevent baton-passers from stat-boosting and block can be used to stall out another pokemon in combination with toxic.

Gallade.png

Gallade @ Life Orb
Nature: Jolly
Ev's: 252 Atk 252 Spd 4 Hp
- Close Combat
- Psycho Cut
- Stone Edge
- Swords Dance

As my favourite pokemon, Gallade was always going to make it in my team. His awesome typing and amazing attack stat makes a great mid-end game physical sweeper. His Close Combat destroys, and psycho cut gives a reliable STAB attack. Stone edge is great for coverage on fire and flying types. Usually Gallade switches in on a wall and then has time to set up a few swords dances, after which he is very hard to stop.

180px-609Chandelure.png

Chandelure @ Life Orb
Nature: Timid
Ev's: 252 SpA 252 Spd 4 Hp
- Shadow Ball
- Flamethrower
- Pain Split
- Energy Ball

My Special Sweeper, Chandelure can usually be caught switching on a fire attack to boost its fire with flash fire and then killing 2 or 3 pokemon with a boosted flamethrower. Shadow ball is another STAB move, and energy ball covers water types well. Pain split can recover lost life orb health, whilst taking away the opponents health.

blissey.jpg

Blissey @ Leftovers
Nature: Relaxed
Ev's: @ 252 Hp 252 Def 4 SpD
- Wish
- Heal Bell
- Thunder Wave
- Psychic

Blissey works with Bastiodon, and can wall almost all special attacks. First she paralyzes the opponent then heal bells if necessary and then uses wish. Half of her massive Hp completely restores bastiodons health, allowing him to use sturdy-metal burst combo again. Psychic is included just incase it is needed.

260.png

Swampert @ Leftovers
Nature: Relaxed
Ev's: 240 Hp 164 Def 104 SpD
- Earthquake
- Waterfall
- Roar
- Stone edge

Swampert is my bulky water type, and boasts pretty good all-round defenses. STAB earthquakes and Waterfalls are very reliable, and stone edge takes out any flying types. Roar is used to stop any stat boosters before they build up momentum.

280px-461Weavile.png

Weavile @ Life Orb
Nature: Adamant
Ev's: 252 Atk 252 Spd 4 Hp
- Low Kick
- Ice Shard
- Fake Out
- Night Slash

Weavile is my sweeper response unit, coming in after a previous pokemon fainting. He fake outs, getting some free damage, and then proceeds to completely out speed them with ice shard. Night slash is a useful STAB and low kick OHKOs a Tyranitar, and so is a very useful move.

A few things: 1. Psychic is redundant on Blissey. If you want to run an attack, run Flamethrower for Scizor, Tbolt for Gyara, or Ice Beam for Dragons and Gliscor.
2. Use Impish on Swampert if you're not running any Special attacks. You might want to run Ice Punch (or Ice Beam if you keep with your current nature)
for dragonslaying.
3. Bastiodon wants Lefties above Iron Ball - what's the actual purpose of Iron Ball?
4. Pain Split on Chandy only really works with Sub - either change the set to a Scarfed one or a SubSplit one - I'd advise that you use a Scarfed one with HP Ice above Pain Split because apart from Weavile, your team doesn't have much in the way of revenging.

Just a couple of changes:

When using Pain Split on Chandelure it's advisable to use it with Substitute to block status when you're recovering. Also Bastiodon really isn't great. Block has little use apart from forcing a Pokemon to attack you so that Metal Burst does more damage, however, most Pokemon can hurt Bastiodon really easly because of it's common weaknesses to Water, Fighting and Ground. Also you need Stealth Rock (as does any team). I would suggest using Aggron over Bastiodon. It can use Metal Burst with well as well as being an effective user of Stealth Rock and having an excellent Attack stat. Here's the Metal Burst set:

Aggron @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
-Head Smash
-Earthquake
-Stealth Rock
-Toxic

Volt-Turn can really tear a hole in your game so to check this you might want to drop basti, in exchange for a grass wall or something that can balance with bliss...Id hate to say skarm but standard glis might work.
