but i was thinking it seems that most wi-fi battles are lvl 50 and under so is it worth leveling up my pokemon past that??? also i had a question about the macho brace and the other items that bost the amount of ev you get. if your pokemon is holding them and you give them a vitamin does it effect those or will they still count for 1? thanks for your help.

A vitamin gives you 10 EVs for that particular stat, even with Macho Brace. WiFi battles can be set to level 100, and it raises the level of your Pokemon, so you don't need to level it up any higher than necessary.
