Jellicent @ Leftovers
Trait: Water Absorb
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SAtk / 252 SDef
Calm Nature
- Will-O-Wisp/Toxic
- Scald
- Shadow Ball
- Recover
This guy is the main tank on my team, Will-O-Wisp will be exchanged with Toxic if I feel like it, but it largely stays the same. His role is pretty straight froward. He will switch in on most poks, and deals the Scald and status to cripple. He mainly deals with Garchomp's counters and makes them easier to kill with either burn or toxic.
Terrakion @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Justified
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Close Combat
- Stone Edge
- Sacred Sword
- X-Scissor
My revenge killer. Again, nothing special here, another standard set. He does see the least usefulness though, and I've been thinking of changing him out with another scarfer since the synergy isn't so great with him as he doesn't really contribute to the coverage.
Conkeldurr @ Life Orb
Trait: Sheer Force
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Ice Punch
- Mach Punch
- Drain Punch
- Fire Punch
Another part of my offensive core. I've been thinking to change to Guts, but he stays in for long periods of time, so I've been going with the Sheer Force for most battles. He'll be mostly taking out Scizor and similar poks. He'll take a hit and dish it right back.
Keldeo-Resolute @ Choice Specs
Trait: Justified
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 SDef
Timid Nature
- Hidden Power [Ghost]
- Hydro Pump
- Surf
- Secret Sword
The special part to my offensive core. Another standard set, made to do the highest damage possible.
Magnezone @ Leftovers
Trait: Sturdy
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Modest Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Volt Switch
- Thunder Wave
- Hidden Power [Ice]
A bulky special attacker. He could take a couple hits when need be, but he mostly assumes an offensive role, especially against rain teams or dragons. Thunder Wave is to cripple counters on switches. He takes care of most of Keldeo's counters with typing and HP Ice.
Garchomp @ Choice Band
Trait: Rough Skin
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 HP
Jolly Nature
- Outrage
- Dragon Claw
- Earthquake
- Fire Fang
The physical part to the core. He gets the most usage out of everyone due to the sheer damage of Outrage.
This is just an offensive oriented team I came up with awhile ago and I was wondering if it would be able to be a practical team. For Psychic types, at the moment, I usually take a hit with Jelly try and either kill it or cripple it depending on the bulk, then Garchomp comes in and cleans it up. I'm hoping a different scarfer would be able to solve my Psychic weakness, as Reuniclis proves to be very troublesome.
