Replay Now, I think this may be a real cheater in PS- unlike last time

So, I was preparing for a UU tourney, havin some fun with my new team, and BAYUM. I get hit by a guy who uses last resort even before his other moves are out of PP. Heres the replay- http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/uubeta-93688228

He probably only had Fake Out and Last Resort as his moves. You can enter a battle with less than 4 moves.

Last Resort doesn't require the other moves to run out of PP; it's requirement is that all other moves the Pokemon has have been used. In Ambipom's case, it's common for it to only run two moves, Fake Out and Last Resort. Using Fake Out turn 1 that will enable it to use Last Resort on the 2nd turn.

You should really just ask in the PS chatrooms before making a thread here or jumping to conclusions, people there are usually helpful.

And by the way, that was a Scarf Victini, not "speed hax."
