These few I feel should be added as rain has been picking up considerably more usage since the recent tier shifts. Also, I noticed a lack of Overqwil's Speed Tiers being listed. I don't think they're any more rain speed tiers I missed but I could be wrong. Finally, tier 2 should be, "Positive Base 136 to Positive Base 85s" as Barraskewda was added.
