NUPL XII Administrative Decisions and Announcements

This thread will contain all adminstrative decisions and announcements regarding NUPL XII, such as schedule, draft results, activity decisions, and important changes during the tournament.

The teams and their managers for NUPL XII are:


Reminders:
  • If you'd like to retain a player, the price will be equal to their NUPL XI price + 3k, with a minimum price of 10k;
  • Managers can self buy for 15k; only ONE manager self-buy per team.
  • Only 3 retains allowed per team, with a manager self buy counting as one.
  • Each team will have 120k credits to spend throughout the entire drafting process.
  • Each team must have a minimum of 12 players (10 starters + 2 substitutes).

The New Moon Absols have self-purchased Xiri for 15k.

Their new total is 120k - 15k = 105k.

The MF PLOOMS have retained SEA for 10k.

Their new total is 95k - 10k = 85k.

The draft for NUPL XII will be on Sunday April 28th @ 3pm GMT-4.

Vorulito (formerly PedroGreg) expressed interest in changing their old name to their current one in the dedicated thread; however, another person registered the account on Smogon in order to take it from them. This other account also signed up for NUPL XII in the name of Vorulito, which means the Vorulito drafted during the auction is not the current holder of that name. The person having signed up for the auction now being banned, the Rare Bone Cubones will be allowed a replacement player.

They have chosen toinha as their replacement player.

The game was unplayed prior to the deadline and is therefore ruled dead.

Links has been inactive for multiple weeks at this point in the Foxes' Discord server while continuing to maintain activity elsewhere, not meeting a requirement for minimum expected activity, which will also earn him an unsportsmanlike infraction. The Foxes have elected to sell him back and choose Tenebricite as their replacement.
