I would avoid using phrases like "most reliable"; that is opinion and may change with future meta shifts. However, Nymble's Stealth Rock weakness and low bulk make Nymble frail, meaning if it cant OHKO a target, it will normally be KO'd back. First Impression allows Nymble to revenge kill weakened setup sweepers aswell as faster foes, such as Swords Dance Pawniard or Toedscool. This is all fluff and dex info; you can provide examples of stuff Nymble revenge kills in the first sentence. U-Turn allows Nymble to pivot away from problematic matchups, such as Larvesta. U-Turn allows Nymble to pivot on the switch-ins it forces aswell as as well as pivoting from out of problematic matchups, such as Larvesta (You do not want to click U-turn against a Pokemon that is often faster than Nymble and has Flame Body.
