Heatran @ Shuca Berry
Ability: Flash Fire
Nature: Naive
EVs: 4 HP, 252 Sp Atk, 252 Speed
IVs: (if applicable, not mandatory)
- Stealth Rock
- Fire Blast
- Earth Power
- Explosion
Role: One of my favorite pokemon, I was happy to see a fire type legendary that wasn't fire/flying for a change. Leads in with early sweeping and SR.

breloom.png

Breloom @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
Nature: Adamant
EV: 4 HP, 252 Atk, 252 Speed
- Spore
- Focus Punch
- Seed Bomb
- Stone Edge
Role: Spore the first poke, and then proceed with Physical sweeping. I mainly have him because I needed an extra sweeper, and he just plain looked awesome. Not to mention that his typing is pretty cool.

charizard.png

Charizard @ Life Orb
Nature: Adamant
EV: 4 HP, 252 Atk, 252 Speed
Flare Blitz
Crunch
Earthquake
Thunder punch
Role: Physical Sweeper, Char, and Breloom cover almost all types with their attacks. My favorite pokemon of all time. The only reason he is ranked as low as he is in tiers is mainly because of Stealth rock. Once that is out of the way he sweeps the floor with his opponents.

smeargle.jpg

Smeargle @ Salac Berry
Nature: Jolly
EV: 244 HP, 12 Def, 252 Speed
- Belly Drum
- Spore
-Baton Pass
- Substitute
Role: Salac, and Belly pass to either Charizard, or Breloom. Seriously, once I got Belly Drum on Charizard I OHKO'd the 5 remaining pokemon on my opponent's team.

starmie.png

Starmie @ Life Orb
EV: 252 Sp Atk, 252 Speed, 4 HP
Nature: Timid
- Ice Beam
- Hydro Pump
- Thunder Bolt
- Rapid Spin
Role: Special sweeper, and rapid spinner BoltBeam, with a STAB Life Orbed Hydro Pump let's him handle special sweeping. His main purpose though is to clear the way of any Stealth Rocks.

Blissey @ Left Overs
Nature: Calm
EV: 252 Def, 80 Sp. Atk, 176 Sp Def
- Protect
- Soft Boiled
- Wish
- Ice Beam
Role: Tank, and healer, Ice beam gives it some fire power against the bigger threats. Ice beam Doesn't seem to work as well as I would like, but Blissey herself is great.

My main strategy is to lead with Heatran, and get SR out on the first turn. Sucha Berry survive most earthquakes long enough to do this. From there Heatran just acts as a secondary sweeper. Earth Power, and Fire Blast put some serious hurt on my opponents. When things start looking bad, I explode him. I then either bring in Smeargle, or Starmie. Smeargle Bellypasses either to Charizard or Breloom and proceed with the butt kicking. If the opponent has SR, or the situation is better suited for him, I bring in Starmie to take care of business. Blissey comes in only when needed.

While I did try to go with OU Pokemon I also went with pokemon that actually appealed to me. With the exception of Charizard I would be willing to swap out any of these Pokemon with better choices. So long as I felt that they looked, or seemed cool along with serving their purpose.

Please read the RMT rules especially rule #3.

Rule 3 said:
3. Have some actual words in your post beyond your six Pokemon and their moves. Not following this makes your post quite boring to read and rate. All Pokemon should have a good reason for being in your team anyway, so why not post that reason? If you are having trouble with this one, start by giving an explanation for each team member. Why are they there? What role do they serve? How do you get them in? Then, give an explanation of how you would open with the team and how you would go about using it. All of these things help people rate your team and allow us to offer more helpful advice.

This does not mean add one sentence saying "Standard x" or "all-around awesome" after each Pokemon. If you put thought into making the team, you can put thought into posting it.

You need to improve on your descriptions. Have a look at some of the teams in the RMT archive to see what is expected. Try and stay away from 1-2 line descriptions as they aren't sufficient enough. Explain why you chose a Pokemon, what it does, how it contributes to the success of the team, etc. If you fix the descriptions properly, PM me the changes and I'll unlock your thread. If you need help, PM me and I'll assist you.

Here's your Heatran description: "One of my favorite pokemon, I was happy to see a fire type legendary that wasn't fire/flying for a change. Leads in with early sweeping and SR. " Don't tell us that it's your favorite Pokemon. As Haunter would say, "who cares?" Tell us how your Heatran deals with other common leads such as Metagross and Azelf. How well does your Heatran set up Stealth Rock? Does Shuca Berry help it do anything more effectively? These are all things you can add. Your descriptions don't have to be essay length, 4 lines are good enough (try to do this for the rest of your Pokemon too!)
