Octillery Problem

Says that I have two of the same attack when I put water spout on octillery. I'm assuming this is a bug? can it be fixed?

Also, I cant seem to be able to put 4 moves on octillery... even without water spout.

never mind... seems it still has Water Spout, even though its not checked? very confusing.

Just switch him to a different pokemon and go back, problem solved. Yes, it is a bug.
