[SET COMMENTS]

Tornadus-Therian has many useful traits with its Nasty Plot set that it likes to use to put itself in advantageous position like using its speed and presence to setup Nasty Plot in faces like Keldeo, Ogerpon, and Conkeldurr by forcing them out as well as bluffing a more defensive set to be able to take advantage of passive Pokemon that would take advantage of it such as Slowking or Gastrodon and be able to force progress into teams that way. With the use of Nasty Plot to boost its special attack to sky high levels it will be able to punch holes into opponents teams allowing its way past Pokemon who may have been able to take a hit and retaliate like Utility Excadrill, Fezandipiti, and Tinkaton. Bleakwind Storm is chosen as the STAB move of choice as it gives it reliability on such a set where one miss can be a huge setback. Alternatively, you can use Hurricane as it would give more damage into bulky Pokemon like having a good chance to outright faint Hydrapple, and Manapahy when you have a Nasty Plot boost. Focus Blast would hit Pokemon that would resist a boosted Bleakwind Storm such as Tyranitar, Skarmory, and Tera Steel Pokemon who want to be able to turn the tables on it and is also your best way of hitting Bellibolt, Sandy Shocks, and Rotom-Wash. The last moveslot can go to Taunt whose purpose is to prevent status attempts from Slowking, Toxapex, and Clodsire while denying recovery attempts from Skeledirge, and Fezandipiti in addition to preventing phazing from Skarmory. Heat Wave would give it additional coverage against Tinkaton, and Revavroom while also giving you a great way to hit Thundurus-Therian hard giving you a reliable way to 2hko it at +2. U-Turn allows it to come in and out of the game by providing utility until its ready to come in and setup, it can also be used in games where Nasty Plot is just not going to be a move where you are finding yourself clicking it as well it can allow Tornadus-T to wear down its checks with hazards and teammates in order to get a sweep in late game. Heavy-Duty Boots is the item of choice and it allows Tornadus-T to stay healthy with the use of Regenerator. Tera Steel allows it to turn the tide on Pokemon like Ogerpon-C, Greninja, and Latios. Tera Electric can also be used to turn the tides against electric types like Rotom-W, Thundurus-T, and avoid Thunder Wave from Slowking, or Cobalion.

Tornadus-T fits best on more balance and offensive teams where it can be used to setup and put holes into the opposing team. It appreciates Pokemon who can safely pivot it in like Lokix and Fezandipiti as this would allow Tornadus-T to get setup opportunities to boost its special attack against Cobalion or Keldeo who are threatened by it in addition being able to take advantage of Skarmory, Toxapex, and Slowking. As mentioned, Fezandipiti is appreciated to have on the team for its ability to take on foes not limited to Hydreigon, Lokix, and Hydrapple that Tornadus-T cannot due to its lack of defensive investment. Lokix is another partner that helps wear down opponents by pivoting and removing the items of Pokemon who may give trouble to Tornadus-T like Fezandipiti, and Rotom-W while helping Lokix against Skarmory, and Physically Defensive Heatran by taking advantage of their inability to really threaten it. Electrics like Rotom-W, and Thundurus-T are problematic for it so Nasty Plot Hydrapple is an ideal partner for it as it appreciates its ability to damage Tinkaton, Fezandipiti, and Skeledirge to make it much easier for Tornadus-T to wallbreak, in addition to checking the aforementioned Pokemon. Slowking is able to provide paralysis and defensive support by pivoting it in and being able to form a regenerator core with it, with paralysis it is able to slow down opponents and give Tornadus-T more opportunities to setup in addition to crippling Pokemon to make them unable to deal with it reliably thanks to the chance of full paralysis. Pairing Nasty Plot Tornadus-T with Tyranitar and Excadrill allows it to pressure Skarmory, while also being able to wear down Rotom-W into range of Sand Rush Excadirll which will be helpful for a late game sweep.

There isn't anything that bad about the information itself but you could use less flowery language as it does tend to make parts of it more bloated than it should. Remember you can also break down points in multiple sentences to help improve readability like you did with Fenz in the teammates section.

Also, be careful with the form names like Rotom-W and Tornadus-T. They are correct but I saw you use some instances of the long version like Rotom-Wash, Tornadus/Thundurus-Therian; remember to avoid that. Be sure to double check your spelling and use of capitals as well.

This is very bloated. you can split the sentence where you mention its speed and presence forcing out the offensive mons then integrate that it can take advantage of the passive foes into the next sentence. With the use of Nasty Plot to boost its special attack to sky high levels it will be able to punch holes into opponents teams allowing its way past Pokemon who may have been able to take a hit and retaliate like Utility Excadrill, Fezandipiti, and Tinkaton. As I've said you can integrate the second part of your first sentence into this one. Try saying something like "It also uses Nasty Plot to take advantage of passive threats such as A and B and allows it to break through checks like X and Y." Bleakwind Storm is chosen as the a reliable STAB move of choice as it gives it reliability on such a set where one miss can be a huge setback. mention targets that it can 2HKO or OHKO after a nasty plot Alternatively, you can use Hurricane as it would give more damage into against bulky Pokemon like having a good chance to outright faint Hydrapple, and Manapahy when you have a Nasty Plot boost. Focus Blast would hit Pokemon that would resist a boosted Bleakwind Storm Flying-resists such as Tyranitar, Skarmory, and Tera Steel Pokemon who want to be able to turn the tables on it and is also your best way of hitting Bellibolt, Sandy Shocks, and Rotom-Wash. The last moveslot can go to Taunt whose purpose is to prevent status attempts from Slowking, Toxapex, and Clodsire while denying their recovery attempts from Skeledirge, and Fezandipiti in addition to the Pokemon you listed already have recovery attempts so may as well word it like this than add more examples while preventing phazing from Skarmory. Heat Wave would give it additional coverage against Tinkaton, and Revavroom while also giving you a great way to hit Thundurus-Therian hard giving you a reliable way to 2hko it 2HKO at +2. Again, very bloated. The first part is fine but the part I highlighted is a very roundabout way of saying U-turn is Torn's method of keeping progress when it can't find opportunities to nasty plot early on while hazards do work. Also consider making this separate sentence.

It appreciates Pokemon who can safely pivot it in like Lokix and Fezandipiti as this would allow Tornadus-T to get setup opportunities to boost its special attack against Cobalion or Keldeo who are threatened by it in addition to being able to take advantage of Skarmory, Toxapex, and Slowking. As mentioned, Fezandipiti is appreciated to have on the team for its ability to take on foes not limited to Hydreigon, Lokix, and Hydrapple that Tornadus-T cannot due to its lack of defensive investment. I understand the point but I am not sure this is a good way of explaining since a lot of Pokemon listed do not like being in front of Torn. Instead say that fenzendpiti serves as a better switch-in to these threats than Tornadus-T especially due to the loss of defensive value of the assault best. Electrics Electric-types like Rotom-W, and Thundurus-T are problematic for it so Nasty Plot Hydrapple is an ideal partner for it as it appreciates its ability to damage Tinkaton, Fezandipiti, and Skeledirge to make it much easier for Tornadus-T to wallbreak, in addition to checking the aforementioned Pokemon. Slowking is able to provide paralysis and defensive support by pivoting it in and being able to form a regenerator core with it, with paralysis it is able to slow down opponents and give Tornadus-T more opportunities to setup in addition to crippling Pokemon to make them unable to deal with it reliably thanks to the chance of full paralysis. this doesn't really tell me what this is good against. opposing torn, and gren are fine examples. same with defensive mons, toxapex and slowking are examples you can use. Pairing Nasty Plot Tornadus-T with Tyranitar and Excadrill allows it to pressure Skarmory, while also being able to wear down Rotom-W into range of Sand Rush Excadirll which will be helpful for a late game sweep.
