move 3: Focus Blast

ability: Regenerator
nature: Timid
evs: 60 HP / 252 SpA / 196 Spe
tera type: Steel / Electric
[SET COMMENTS]
Tornadus-Therian has many useful traits with its Nasty Plot set that it likes to use to put itself in advantageous position like using its speed and presence to setup Nasty Plot in faces like Keldeo, Ogerpon, and Conkeldurr by forcing them out as well as bluffing a more defensive set to be able to take advantage of passive Pokemon that would take advantage of it such as Slowking or Gastrodon and be able to force progress into teams that way. With the use of Nasty Plot to boost its special attack to sky high levels it will be able to punch holes into opponents teams allowing its way past Pokemon who may have been able to take a hit and retaliate like Utility Excadrill, Fezandipiti, and Tinkaton. Bleakwind Storm is chosen as the STAB move of choice as it gives it reliability on such a set where one miss can be a huge setback. Alternatively, you can use Hurricane as it would give more damage into bulky Pokemon like having a good chance to outright faint Hydrapple, and Manapahy when you have a Nasty Plot boost. Focus Blast would hit Pokemon that would resist a boosted Bleakwind Storm such as Tyranitar, Skarmory, and Tera Steel Pokemon who want to be able to turn the tables on it and is also your best way of hitting Bellibolt, Sandy Shocks, and Rotom-Wash. The last moveslot can go to Taunt whose purpose is to prevent status attempts from Slowking, Toxapex, and Clodsire while denying recovery attempts from Skeledirge, and Fezandipiti in addition to preventing phazing from Skarmory. Heat Wave would give it additional coverage against Tinkaton, and Revavroom while also giving you a great way to hit Thundurus-Therian hard giving you a reliable way to 2hko it at +2. U-Turn allows it to come in and out of the game by providing utility until its ready to come in and setup, it can also be used in games where Nasty Plot is just not going to be a move where you are finding yourself clicking it as well it can allow Tornadus-T to wear down its checks with hazards and teammates in order to get a sweep in late game. Heavy-Duty Boots is the item of choice and it allows Tornadus-T to stay healthy with the use of Regenerator. Tera Steel allows it to turn the tide on Pokemon like Ogerpon-C, Ice Beam Greninja, and Latios STAB moves are some of the many examples where Tera Steel would be of great benefit while the use of Tera Electric would allow it to turn the tides against Electric Moves from Rotom-W, Thundurus-T, and Thunder Wave from Slowking, or Cobalion.
Paragraph 2: (3-4 lines approximately)
What teams does this Pokemon fit on? Comment on important teammates for the Pokemon. Some things that may be relevant to bring up here are Pivot supports, Hazard setters, Defoggers or Rapid spinners, Pokemon with strong defensive synergy, Pokemon that can help overwhelm shared checks. Note that not all of these things will be relevant to every example.
