So recently i have come up with a new team and have been having some good success with it i havent played shoddy for a few months yet still this team has been sweeping well. I have some concerns about the pair of sweepers i have because they are both special but i will leave that to you guys.

Azelf @ Focus Sash
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 Atk/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Naive nature (+Spd, -SDef)
- Stealth Rock
- Explosion
- Fire Blast
- Psychic

Azelf is my favourite lead it always gets the rocks up no matter what, it can take on the swamperts out there and give metagross a good beating, but usually i tend to switch out to my speedster jolteon.

Gengar (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 Atk/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Lonely nature (+Atk, -Def)
- Hypnosis
- Shadow Ball
- Focus Blast
- Explosion

Gengar is the main 'Support' if you could say that because it covers a lot of the pokemon who counter infernape and empoleon. Gyrados, Celebii, Jirachi, Blissey and bronzong. Hypnosis is good to switch in and set up on.

Infernape (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 4 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Focus Blast
- Fire Blast
- Grass Knot
- Nasty Plot

This is a beast and with timid nature not much can outrun it, nasty plot on CB Scizor or Scarfed Magnezone on HP fire, then set up the nasty plot, it works well with empoleon and Scizor as it covers the fire weakness of scizor.

Empoleon (M) @ Petaya Berry
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 4 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- Substitute
- Agility

My favourite sweeper is SUB PETAYA empoleon, i come in on Scizor or a sleeper or something like a locked scarfed Tar then use agility, subsitute down then use Hydro Pump and ice beam. Vaporeon and Slowbro could counter, but thats what jolteon is for.

Jolteon (M) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Volt Absorb
EVs: 4 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Thunderbolt
- Shadow Ball
- Thunder Wave

My favourite revenge killer, T-Bolt is an obvious choice STAB, shadow ball will cover the Rotom who could kill empoleon. T-wave will stop those dragon dancers too, as well as just generally cripple all. Hidden power for those dragons like flygon who can be a real and utter pain.

Scizor (M) @ Choice Band
Ability: Technician
EVs: 240 HP/252 Atk/12 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Pursuit
- Bullet Punch
- U-turn
- Superpower
---

Everyone knows this guy but im not sure weather he fits in he would be the weak link but i still like him for covering if both the sweepers die, its a very good scout early on and yet a lethal cleaner late on and works well with both the sweepers and Jolteon.

So thats the team please suggest ways to improve, any are open.

Rule 3 said:
3. Have some actual words in your post beyond your six Pokemon and their moves. Not following this makes your post quite boring to read and rate. All Pokemon should have a good reason for being in your team anyway, so why not post that reason? If you are having trouble with this one, start by giving an explanation for each team member. Why are they there? What role do they serve? How do you get them in? Then, give an explanation of how you would open with the team and how you would go about using it. All of these things help people rate your team and allow us to offer more helpful advice.

This does not mean add one sentence saying "Standard x" or "all-around awesome" after each Pokemon. If you put thought into making the team, you can put thought into posting it.

You need to improve on your descriptions. Have a look at some of the teams in the RMT archive to see what is expected. Try and stay away from 1-2 line descriptions; aim for 3-4. Explain why you chose a Pokemon, what it does, how does it contribute to the success of the team, etc. If you fix the descriptions properly, PM me the changes and I'll unlock your thread.
