Gouging Fire is a devastating wallbreaker and setup sweeper alike that can tear through teams easily. Earthquake allows Gouging Fire to break past Toxapex and Heatran, which would otherwise be able to wall it. Morning Sun gives Gouging Fire the ability to heal off any chip damage from priority or Rocky Helmet, making it even more difficult to take down for defensive teams. Outrage can be used as a nuke with Dragonium Z, letting Gouging Fire muscle past walls such as Dondozo through its sheer strength alone. Tera Ground can be used to power up Gouging Fire's Earthquake while allowing it to remove its weaknesses to revenge killers such as Booster Energy Iron Boulder and Great Tusk, allowing it to potentially win on the spot. Heavy-Duty Boots allows Gouging Fire to come in many times and attempt to set up, while Booster Energy gives Gouging Fire a one-time Attack boost that can be crucial in breaking past foes such as Great Tusk and Landorus-T while still allowing Gouging Fire to Terastallize. Dragon Dance turns Gouging Fire from a potent wallbreaker to a nuclear one, being able to wreak havoc on teams without Unaware users. you can easily condense parts of this into the last sentence, because a lot of this just emphasizes its wallbreaking capabilities, which isn't needed Earthquake allows Gouging Fire to break past Toxapex and Heatran, which would otherwise be able to wall Gouging Fire or remove its boosts. either remove or just specify toxapex so it's not confusing Morning Sun gives Gouging Fire the ability to heal off any chip damage, making it even more difficult to take down for defensive teams. this is fine and dandy but you need to be more specific; what are common ways of chipping down gouging fire (think prio / helm)? put more emphasis on that Outrage can be used as a nuke with Dragonium Z, letting Gouging Fire muscle past walls such as? through its sheer strength alone. Tera Ground can be used to power up Gouging Fire's Earthquake, while allowing it to remove its weaknesses to revenge killers such as Booster Energy Iron Boulder. it's applications are more broad than this; mention another check like great tusk, lando, etc Heavy-Duty Boots allows Gouging Fire to come in many times and attempt to set up, while Booster Energy gives Gouging Fire a one-time Attack boost that can be crucial in breaking past foes such as Great Tusk and Landorus-Therian while still allowing Gouging Fire to Terastallize. Teammates that struggle with Steel-types examples por favor, like Tapu Lele, appreciate Gouging Fire breaking through those Steel-types.
