Offensive OU RMT

Team at a glance:

Azelf @ Light Clay
Levitate
EVs: HP 252 / Speed 252 / Defense 6
Timid
-Taunt
-Stealth Rock
-Reflect
-Light Screen
With it's Speed, Azelf can taunt to prevent other lads from getting SR up. Then, depending on the amount of HP and the other Pokémon, I'll use Stealth Rock if I have some HP, Reflect if they're a Physical Attack, and Light Screen for Special Attackers. I try to get all 3 up (usually succeeding.) Azelf is vital to my team because it lets Gliscor operate behind screens and get a +2 in Attack (sometimes even +4) and a +2 in Speed to Lucario allowing him to sweep almost anything.

Gliscor @ Yache Berry
Hyper Cutter
EVs: Hp 252 / Spc. Def 196 / Speed 60
Jolly
-Taunt
-Swords Dance
-Rock Polish
-Baton Pass
Gliscor Taunts to prevent a Toxic, Willowisp, or most importantly Roar then starts setting up. The Yache berry helps for the common Ice attacks aimed at him. Gliscor is a major help on my team because he can pass +2 Attack and/or Speed, where most of my team can abuse it, it is aimed mainly at Lucario.

Gyarados @ Leftovers
Intimidate
EVs: 156 HP / 72 Atk / 96 Def / 184 Speed
Adamant
-Waterfall
-Earthquake
-Stone Edge
-Dragon Dance
After some scouting, Gyarados can come in and hit hard. It gives the team some more speed, and can sweep a team when played right. I try to play him late game, and if Lucario is out and Gliscor's still in good health he can take the +2 Attack and Speed pass.

Starmie @ Life Orb
EVs: 252 Sp. Atk / 252 Speed / 6 Def
Natural Cure
Timid
-Surf
-Thunderbolt
-Ice Beam
-Rapid Spin
This time attacking from the Special side of the spectrum, Scarfmie is great at revenge kills. Starmie is great because it can spin out the Stealth Rocks that hurt Gyarados and Salamence and cover alot of threats, namely Latias.

Salamence @ White Herb
Intimidate
EVs: 252 Special Attack / 252 Speed / 6 Def.
Rash
-Draco Meteor
-Fire Blast
-Brick Break
-Roost?
Gives the team some much needed coverage, and by attacking from both sides it can take out Blissey and Skarmory. White Herb allows me to fire off another Draco Meteor without consequence or prevent an Intimidate. Roost to heal up if hit by Bullet Punches and the like.

Lucario @ Life Orb
Steadfast
EVs: 252 Attack / 252 Speed / 6 Def
Adamant
-Close Combat
-Bullet Punch
-Crunch
-Swords Dance
The main sweeper of the team. I've chosen Bullet Punch over Extremespeed to take care of Scarf'd Gengar, because after all it does get STAB making it only 10 weaker than Extremspeed and can hit some Pokés harder than Extremespeed.
Even though I try to play him after a +2 Atk and Speed from Gliscor, I still run SD incase i find a good place to use it or I didn't get the Gliscor boosts. (In the event Gliscor fainted or I switch into a Poké stuck on Pursuit.)

Thanks to DA_Ambipom for leading me to the Gliscor set and convincing me on making the change to Life Orb on Starmie.

Hey. This is a pretty cool team, but I have some suggestions to make. First off, the main focus of your team is to nail hard on the Physical side repeatedly, while wearing down common counters. Starmie honestly seems out of place on such a team. I also don't know why you have a scarfer, since offense tries to never let anything set up, which your team accomplishes quite well. You really don't need a scarfer for this team to be successful, and especially not a special-attacking one. Now it looks like your team has some big issues with Rotom, and Latias to an extent. You want to be able to be able to beat them, and also have a great sweeper on its own. To help alleviate these problems, while providing a reliable sweeper, I suggest using a Dragon Dance Tyranitar over Starmie. It provides excellent coverage with the rest of your team, defensively and offensively, wearing down similar counters. Now onto Gliscor. Taunt users stop it cold, and also without added defenses to help it pass boosts, it's going to be hard-pressed to get off a baton pass. I reccomend changing Gliscor's set to this:

Gliscor @ Leftovers | Hyper Cutter
Jolly | 252 HP/ 4 Def/ 252 Spd
Baton Pass/ Agility/ Swords Dance/ Taunt

You can also pass Speed with this set, enabling a sweeper of your choosing to be even more lethal. Use Hyper Cutter over Sand Veil so that Gyarados' and Salamence''s intimidates don't post a problem in setting up your sweepers. Now onto the point about added defenses. Azelf can make a great dual screener, while also shutting down many common leads. Azelf also gets SR up quickly and reliably. Azelf would make a fine lead over Metagross, since Metagross' main purpose is just to get up SR anyway.

Azelf @ Light Clay
Jolly | 252 HP/ 4 Def/ 252 Spd
Reflect/ Stealth Rock/ Light Screen/ Taunt

Taunt will shut down any other lead trying to get up SR, as well as any other Pokemon trying to set up on you. Anyway, I hope I helped, and good luck!

thanks alot for your help! But i think i want to hear a couple more opinions before i go making any changes, but i'll keep all these in mind.

I think Starmie is good on this team but rather than gear it towards a special attacker I would focus mainly on support for the team. Gyarados and Salamence really suffer from stealth rock so keep rapid spin. I'd also give it Recover to give it durability in a battle. Finally choose two from surf, thunderbolt and ice beam (I would leave out surf as gyarados has a good water attack in waterfall and ice beam and thunderbolt combat opposing gyarados and dragons)
If anybody used a sweeping team against you and set up their sweepers first then I think your team could end up completely destroyed, this is why I agree with Sprinkles and feel a dual screen Azelf would be a valuable asset.
Finally I don't think you need both Bullet Punch and Extremespeed on Lucario, if you plan to baton pass a swords dance and have lucario use swords dance then go for bullet punch.

i've recently been experimenting with azelf as lead and have to say i like it. it helps keep away stealth rock. but bp and es on lucario seems to work very well so he's staying as is.

I think at Azelf is a great idea for your lead. It's fast, will get you a Stealth Rock, and can dual screen for you. I think you should keep Starmie. Use Rapid Spin over Psychic. Take off the Scarf and put on Leftovers, or Life Orb if you want to be offensive. I would keep Surf because it's Starmie's best STAB, and can hit Scizor as it switches in for neutral damage. I personally like a Timid nature on Starmie because without it, Starmie can't outrun non-Scarf full speed Latias. On Lucario, I also think that both Bullet Punch and Extreeme Speed are redundant. I would keep Bullet Punch but drop the latter for Crunch, expecially if you may be getting a speed boost Batton Passes through Gliscor.
