Offensive Sweepers

I've been running this team for a few days and I'm sporting like a 70% win ratio as of now.. it seems pretty good, and I would like it rated.

Azelf
Focus Sash
4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe

Stealth Rock
Psychic
Explosion
Fire Blast

Very basic lead, nowadays most Metagross' seem to favor holding Shuca Berries, so I usually lead off with an attack on steel starters. I am usually able to kill the starter and survive, and I usually set up stealth rock on the next switch in unless a pokemon that sets up and sweeps comes in, such as salamence, then I explode. At the same time, I miss nasty plot Azelf, and if there's another reliable lead that can outspeed almost all other leads, I could use the tip. I was mainly having trouble with Yanmega's coming in and using hypnosis on Metagross, so now Azelf can outspeed Yanmega without speed boost and set up stealth rock while Yanmega protects.

Heatran
Choice Scarf
4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe

Fire Blast
Earth Power
Explosion
Hidden Power Grass

My first revenge killer. If the other team has a Heatran, I usually use earth power, if not, the hidden power grass. If the Heatran counters are dead, then I sweep with Fire Blast. I switch him out before he dies so he can come back and explode endgame.

Scizor
Life Orb
32 HP / 252 Atk / 224 Spe

Swords Dance
Bullet Punch
Superpower
X-Scissor

My other revenge killer. This set is supposed to be a sweeper set, yet I find myself primarily using it for revenge killing. I rarely use swords dance, and when I do, I find myself dying quickly due to Scizor's low speed. Should I change this to choiceband Scizor? Or perhaps replace Swords Dance with pursuit to deal with those annoying psychics?

Swampert
Leftovers
240 HP / 216 Def / 52 SpA

Earthquake
Ice Beam
Surf
Toxic

Electric sponge and tank. Often, I find myself faced off against a Zapdos that continually roosts and predicts my Earthquakes, so I put on Toxic, replacing Roar. The problem with this is now I have nothing to pseudo-haze with. Swampert is a pretty good tank, but he's not the best pokemon on my team. Grassknot and HP Grass come out of nowhere to destroy me sometimes. Any suggestions for replacement would be great.

Salamence
Leftovers
232 Atk / 24 SpA / 252 Spe

Dragon Dance
Outrage
Earthquake
Stone Edge

I usually keep this baby hidden until I kill the other team's Scizor (revenge killer) and at least three of their pokemon. Hopefully having eliminated their Salamence counter, I switch Salamence in, DDance, and sweep. Usually I can eliminate two more of their pokemon and have Heatran, Metagross, or Azelf explode on the last, but sometimes I get taken out by an unexpected Ice Shard. I added on leftovers to increase durability, as I'm often killed by stealth rock damage and one or two ice shards. Also, stone edge misses a LOT, but it is supposed to be 100% accurate. Am I just unlucky? I think I've missed the past 3 or 4. I hate that move.

Metagross
Leftovers
252 HP / 236 Atk / 12 Def / 8 Spe

Pursuit
Earthquake
Meteor mash
Explosion

I don't know what he's doing here. He's weak to a lot of the same weaknesses my team has, his moves cover nothing new except for pursuit, and he's slow as hell. He was actually my starter before I replaced him with Azelf. Yet, at the same time, I dig the powerful meteor mash and the explosions that check any sweepers threatening to destroy me. I've tried putting Latias in this place, but I seem to lose much more, though I've had some very unlucky situations, (missing three fire blasts in a row, having togekiss sweep my team by choice scarf flinching 6-7 times in a row, etc)
Is she any good? Or maybe Tyranitar can serve as a good pursuit user? or maybe Weavile, delicate as he is?

The pokemon I hate/have problems with

Dusknoir: Oh my god, this thing is a little prick. Without my Heatran or a pursuit user, he just burns everything and keeps pain-splitting my pokemon. Should I solve this problem with a pursuit user?

Zapdos: Zapdos tanks my Swampert and HP ices my Salamence. Hard to take down.

Kingdra: If he manages to come in and set up a raindance, I can't touch him!!

Tyranitar: I used to be able to nasty plot grass knot him with Azelf, but now I'm finding myself being swept by him if Swampert is KO'd.

Blissey: Without my Scizor this thing is incredibly hard to take down. I try to explode on her, but often without avail, as she switches to Scizor or protects.

Bronzong: I hate this thing! Bronzong comes in on anything and puts the next pokemon to come in to sleep. He also stops my sweepers dead in their tracks. At the same time, he uses Gyro ball, earthquake, and even explosion to ruin my day. Heatran can't switch in for fear of earthquake/hypnosis, and even if he does get in, Bronzong spots choice scarf Fire Blast from a mile away.

You might also notice that I have NO ELECTRIC MOVES!!! As of now, no Gyarados' have presented much of a problem, but I might find that troubling soon.

Any help is appreciated

Couple things. First of all, include the natures in the RMT. We need to know those to help you.

For Scizor, you can do both of the things you suggested, making it Bullet Punch/Superpower/X-scissor/Pursuit, and Banding it. See the Smogon analysis.

For Salamence, go 252 Atk/252 Spe/4 HP Jolly. (You currently have 24 Sp. Atk EVs with no special attacks.) But I'd also say run Fire Blast over Stone Edge. Dragon/Ground/Fire is 100% unresisted in Pokemon. Period. and Fire Blast has better accuracy than Stone Edge, and more power, although Flamethrower is also an option for 100% accuracy. Stone Edge is 80% accuracy btw, not 100% like you thought.

Kind of a cookie-cutter team of popular OU pokemon, not really so deeply thought out and created.
