XY OU Offensive Team -- Need Help Rebuilding My Team!

Since most of you are experienced, and I have been into competitive battling maybe a bit less than a year, I would like to ask you guys if you could help me out with this team I've made. It usually works well, but I have been considering changing Heracross or another Pokemon. Anyways, here's the team:

CHARIZARD | Main Sweeper (Physical)
252 Atk/252 Spe/ 4Hp

Nature: Adamant
Ability: Blaze
Item: Charizardite X
Moveset:
-Flare Blitz
-Dragon Dance
-Roost
-Dragon Claw

With Charizard being my favorite Pokémon I was 5 years old, I decided to make him my main sweeper. His task is to set up a dragon dance and sweep as much as he can. Sometimes I use him at the very beggining just to avoid 50% damage from stealth rock, and it manages to destroy some pesky Pokémon, like the famous Smeargle, or in general any walls. It has been successful. I have managed to be do 5-0 matches or plain 6-0 at times. It helps me to provide a really high strength that I can rely on, to check physical walls that don't resist Mega Charizard X's power after one or two boosts.

Overall it's the Pokémon that I use to win and to nuke everything.

GRENINJA | Secondary Sweeper (Special)
252 SpA/252 Spe / 4HP

Nature: Timid
Ability: Protean
Item: Life Orb
Moveset:
-Hydro Pump
-Ice Beam
-U-Turn
-Dark Pulse

I use Greninja for a lot of things: For coverage, for revenge killing, for strategies... What I mean is that if I see that Charizard just can't take down some Pokémon like Latios I normally try to bring my Greninja. I chose the Timid nature since I want it to outspeed a lot of Pokémon in the case my main sweeper isn't able to or if there is a physical wall that isn't too good at special walling. I also use him for general coverage: For example, I have sometimes seen Alakazam or Zapdos, who I can OHKO with a respective coverage move. I also did want to mention that I use U-turn, apart fom coverage, to strategize a bit more. For example, when I am about to make an enemy's Pokémon faint, I use U-turn so I can decide what Pokémon I can bring, based on my opponent's remaining members.

Overall I use it as a secondary sweeper that replaces Charizard and tries to clean up the game.

HERACROSS | Third Sweeper/Revenge Killer (Physical)
252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4HP

Nature: Adamant
Ability: Moxie
Item: Choice Scarf
Moveset:
-Close Combat
-Megahorn
-Stone Edge
-Night slash
I use to use him as a revenge killer for Charizard and Greninja. First: Surprise my opponent outspeeding it with Choice scarf and then OHKO'ing it with a supereffective move. Then increase my attack with Moxie and just spam it.
This became a problem because lately I have seen Focus Sashes, and other stuff that prevents me from, let's say, recovering the match. I do not know if I should replace him.

Overall I use it when there is an opportunity of a supereffective I can use and with the help of Moxie, spam it.

ROTOM-W | Bulky Offensive
232HP / 56 SpA / 220 Spe

Nature: Modest
Ability: Levitate
Item: Assault Vest
Moveset:
-Hydro Pump
-Volt Switch
-Discharge
-HP Ice

Since all of my sweepers weren't specially bulky or anything, I decided to add an offensive bulky Pokémon that is somewhat of a support. It gives me type coverage that I need, and it has the power to deal a lot of damage to important Pokemon: Excadrill, Charizard Y, Garchomp, Dragonite... I specially like the fact that the set I am running is capable of resisting a +1 Dragon Claw from Mega Charizard X and a SolarBeam from Charizard Y.

Overall I use it to stabilize things and to be able to reply to offenses without being worn out. It also does provide a very nice special defense that compensates the lack of a special wall. I mean, it's both a good physical and special wall.

GLISCOR | Physically Defensive Stall
252 HP / 184 Def / 72 Spe

Nature: Impish
Item: Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
Moveset:
-Taunt
-Toxic
-Earthquake
-Roost

I use Gliscor to have a nice physical wall that can Toxic mega evolutions and both offensive and bulky Pokémon, like Conkeldurr. It runs Taunt to negate any Dragon Dance users, or mainly Sableye. It has Toxic Orb obviously to recover its HP points and Roost to be able to last a bit more in battle. Earthquake is used for general coverage and to weaken maybe a Mega Charizard X or deal just some damage that helps.

Overall I use it as a staling defensive Pokemon to be able to take the hits. Defense is important aswell!

EXCADRILL | Rapid Spinner
252 Atk / 252 Spe

Nature: Adamant
Ability: Mold Breaker
Item: Focus Sash/Leftovers (Sometimes I use one, sometimes I use another)
Moveset:
-Earthquake
-Rapid spin
-Stealth Rock
-Iron Head

I use Excadrill to remove these annoying Stealth rocks in mah lawn. Just to support Charizard. What I do is: Rapid spin then try to sweep as much as I can with the STAB moves, and then if I have the opportunity: throw some stealth rocks in my opponents territory, if I can. I also use it against fairies. Since it has an excellent typing, I tend to switch into him when I predict an attack. Like a fairy or dragon type attack.

Overall I use it as a bulky rapid spin support, that is also able to sweep. It helps to take some under normal circumstances dangerous moves (Fairy, Dragon, Electric, etc.) and absorb them.

So, after all, I wanted to know if you guys recommend me any changes in my team. I don't know if I should change Heracross. I was thinking about Breloom, Azumarill or Bisharp...

This team actually has a lot of potential, I like the idea overall :]
There are many things that I feel needs to be changed though, however.

Firstly, Heracross gets access to Knock Off now, so replacing Night Slash with Knock Off would be better.

And if you're looking to replace Heracross, definitely go with Assault Vest Conkeldurr
Conkeldurr @ Assault Vest
Ability: Guts
EVs: 120 HP / 252 Atk / 136 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Drain Punch
- Ice Punch
- Mach Punch
- Knock Off
I noticed that this team doesn't really have a Rotom-W switch-in, so AV Conk handles that pretty well.

I also noticed that the team does not have a reliable way of dealing with Mega Venusaur. Extrasensory can be used instead of U-Turn on Greninja to hit Mega Venusaur and Keldeo hard.

The move choice for Rotom-W also seem a little weird for me. 4 Attacks Rotom-W is not exactly the best, so I'd recommend using this set instead:
Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 240 HP / 236 Def / 32 SpA
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump
- Will-O-Wisp
- Pain Split
Will-O-Wisp allows you to dodge Mawile's Sucker Punch, so it can be really useful, whereas Pain Split allows you a form of recovery. (Resto Chesto is also an option)

Lastly, Air Balloon is definitely better than Lefties or Focus Sash on Excadrill. Air Balloon allows Exca to deal with SubToxicGliscor, DNite, Garchomp, Landorus-T, Mamoswine and so much more. Seeing as how Excadrill is your spinner, you'd most likely be sending it into Rocks to Spin, so its Sash will be broken most of the time, making it really redundant. Lefties is just weird overall on a max speed Exca.

Anyway this is my take on this :] Cheers buddy.

Hey thanks for your reply! It really helped having that Knock Off and that Rotom-W set! Also Extrasensory seems useful!! Thanks a lot. I still don't know if I should keep Heracross or Conkeldurr. I like more Heracross, though. I just like it because of it having an unique typing. But just one question. Is it possible that Rotom-W could have a set that manages to resist Mega Charizard Y? The good thing is Mega X resists it, but not my other 5 Pokemon... I mean, what do I do if there's a CharY?
