Kyogre @ Choice Specs - Weather Starter
Nature: Modest [+SpA, -Atk]
Ability: Drizzle
6 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
-Water Spout
-Surf
-Thunder
-Ice beam

Kyogre is an important part of this team, since 2 of my pokes really benefit from the rain. His job is basically just to set up rain, then blast the crud out of almost any poke that wants to stay in on it or switch into it. I know I'm going to hear "But latchet, scarf kyogre is so good, why don't you use it????" I'll tell you why. To me, this team already has enough speed and I need a scarfed Palkia instead. I usually lead with this poke, but if Rayquaza or Groudon is who I think will be the other lead, then I'll probably use Palkia as the lead.

Water Spout is for if I think I won't be outspeed and I'll get first attack. Surf is for when I'm pretty sure I won't outspeed. Thunder is for extra coverage, like when the opponent also has a Kyogre. Though, I would probably switch in that case because most Kyogres are scarfed now. Finally, Ice Beam is for Annoying things like Garchomp or other dragons and such.

Dialga @ Leftovers - Special Defense Time
Nature: Modest
Ability: Pressure
252 HP / 58 SpA / 200 SpD
- Dragon Pulse
- Aura Sphere
- Stealth Rock
- Roar
I hate to let Qwilfish go, considering he's one of my favorite pokes, but this poke seems to fit better. The EV spread is to give it plenty of special defenses while still giving it some good power along with the nature. This poke is to set up rocks and give a bit of Special Defense.

Dragon Pulse is STAB and decently powerful. It is reliable just a reliable attacking move. Aura Sphere is to take on other Dialgas and to give a bit more coverage. Stealth Rock is one of the purposes of this poke. Roar is to phaze other pokes. I could use Dragon Tail, but roar is a bit more accurate.

Thanks to Poppycrock for suggesting this poke.

Kabutops @ Life Orb - True Rain Abuser
Nature: Adamant [+Atk, -SpA]
Ability: Swift Swim
6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
-Waterfall
-Aqua Jet
-Stone Edge
-Swords Dance
Here is my rain abuser. Kabutops is another poke not to be underestimated. Once set up with an SD, he can tear through many teams that don't have a good counter. Again, swift swim makes this poke good when the rain is up. So far I know this team seems like it relies too much on weather, but that's not so much the case. I do have other pokes that certainly don't need the weather. Anyway, LO is to give this poke that extra damage, and seeing as it's defenses aren't huge, it's won't be living too many hits anyway really.

Waterfall, SD, and Stone Edge are the main moves. Waterfall and Stone Edge do good damage with STAB boost, and SD is for him to set up all over the opponent. Aqua Jet is just here. I suppose I could put in X-Scissor to counter Arceus grass more easily, but he's not incredibly common. And Aqua Jet is a bit more reliable for killing a Blaziken that's gotten speed boosts. There are also a few pokes who can outspeed Kabutops, such as scarfed Terrakion.

Zekrom @ Choice Band - Physical Mayhem
Nature: Adamant [+Atk, -SpA]
Ability: Teravolt
30 Spe / 252 Atk / 228 HP
-Bolt Strike
-Outrage
-Dragon Claw
-Volt Switch
This guy, oh this guy. Here is a raw powerhouse. My goodness Choice Band makes this poke a heavy hitter. Even without perfect speed, this thing does some huge damage, and it's nice to have that extra bulk with 252 HP. Back to the point: I know this poke doesn't have huge coverage due to only having two types of attacking moves. This is okay, because even then it's very powerful. I have extra speed to outspeed most unboosted Groudons.

Outrage and Dragon Claw make use of his Dragon Type STAB. Outrage is if I need some serious power, and D-Claw is if I need more reliability. Bolt Strike is also STAB with huge power. Volt Switch is just to get a nice switch and do damage at the same time. I could maybe switch it out, but I like it right now.

Palkia @ Choice Scarf - Revenge Killer
Nature: Hasty [+Spe, -Def]
Ability: Pressure
6 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
-Spacial Rend
-Outrage
-Thunder
-Surf
This poke is revenge killer and my main counter to Rayquaza, who otherwise destroys this team. This is a bit of a mixed attacker, but not really. His wonderful movepool, excellent typing, and stats make it a wonderful poke. I know this team has a lot of speed already, but that's only if the weather is up. If I lose the weather war, then I need to have some speed still. This is my answer. I also don't like having 3 choiced pokes, but I'm sure I'll be able to work around it. As a matter of fact, I might make Kyogre a kind of Calm Mind set.

Spacial Rend is is a powerful dragon move with good accuracy. I choose it over Draco Meteor because it's still very powerful, has a high critical hit ratio, and doesn't drop SpA. Thunder gives more coverage, and is quite good in the rain. Surf is also good for the rain and added coverage. It is STAB as well. Finally, Outrage is in case I'm fighting a very specially defensive poke like Blissy or Chansey. There's not much else to put there except maybe Fire Blast, but that wouldn't be too great for a rain team. Though, it would be quite nice if I lose the weather war to a drought team.

I'd like to thank Zephyr for this good suggestion. This really helped my team with some of it's weaknesses.

Jirachi @ Leftovers - Support
Nature: Impish [+Def, -SpA]
Ability: Serene Grace
10 Spe / 248 HP / 252 Def
-Thunder Wave
-Wish
-Iron Head
-U-turn
This team is supposed to be quite offensive, but I still likes support, especially through wish and T-wave. This also serves as a bit of a physical wall. It's nice to have a poke who can take some good physical hits. I already have a bit of a special wall of sorts, (or at least a poke who can take good special hits) so I decided not to make this a specially defensive Rachi. Also, the extra speed let's him outspeed base 100 speed pokes who don't have a +spe nature.

This is a somewhat standard defensive Jirachi. T-wave is to stop some threats with huge speed. Wish is to give my team even more support, such as if my Kyogre or another poke has yellow or red health, I can maybe switch it in on a wish and recover it to good health. Iron Head is in case I need to do some Paraflinching for the win. U-turn is finally to switch out, and is a good pivot for a wish pass.

So, this is my new ubers team. Tell me what you think below and what changes you might make. Any kind of criticism is appreciated. I don't even care if you tell me I'm horrible, simply because any thought is better than none. :)

Hmm, good team but Qwilfish is looking a bit questionable to me. Might I suggest a mixed Kingdra as a replacement? It can abuse rain much better and can sweep teams silly. Here's the spread:

Kingdra @ Life Orb
Nature: Adamant
4 HP/252 Atk/252 Speed

Hydro Pump
Outrage
Draco Meteor
Waterfall

Hey man. Nice team you got going, but I do have one major concern for it. You lack a reliable revenge killer. Now it is true that a lot of your Pokemon can act as a psuedo revenge killer thanks to Swift Swim, but the fact of the matter is that in Ubers, you can't always rely on the weather not changing, because just like in Overused, weather control plays a huge role in directing the outcome of the battle. If you're unable to keep rain up and something gets a boost, you're pretty much swept by a variety of Pokemon. Also Rayquaza outspeeds everything on your team after a Dragon Dance and proceeds to sweep despite you saying your Mewtwo handles it, and your rain abusers will be at the mercy of Rayquaza's abilty. Now what I think will handily fix this problem, and also just be a great Pokemon for your team in general; is a scarf Palkia. It acts as your speedy revenge killer, has excellent typing, and with STAB Hydro Pump in the rain, it is easily capable of sweeping late game on its own. Palkia can handle generally every boosted Dragon-type threat to your team and also acts as your best switch-in to opposing Kyogres. This would mostly likely best see use over Mewtwo, Zekrom, or Qwuilfish. Here is the set:

Palkia @ Choice Scarf
Nature @ Hasty / Timid
EVs: 4 atk / 252 SpAtk / 252 Speed
-Spacial Rend / Draco Meteor
-Surf
-Thunder
-Outrage / Fire Blast / Draco Meteor

That's true, because I didn't take into account Dragon Dance with Rayquaza. Now I feel a bit silly lol. Well, I suppose I could remove Zekrom, seeing as he isn't needed. He's useful, but not needed. I'll have to take some time thinking about the whole Kingdra thing. It sounds like a good idea, but I'm not sure.

Hey, I'd definitely run max speed on your kyogre, but you can keep modest, the HP will probably not find much use and outspeeding slower base 90s is pretty important.

I also think that running a specially defensive spread on jirachi would be great, especially with dealing like threats like Mewtwo and absorbing ice beams / draco meteors.

This team could also use stealth rock somewhere, as it's pretty vital to nab certain OHKO's with an offensive team like yours, and for stupid midgame sashes. With that being said I would recommend a support Dialga

Dialga @ Leftovers
Nature - Modest
- Dragon Pulse
- Aura Sphere / Flamethrower (they do roughly the same in rain to ferrothorn, and aura sphere allows you to beat opposing dialga as they usually do not have the move)
- Stealth Rock
- Roar

I would probably use this over Mewtwo as I feel that does not fit the team well.

Zephyr's Palkia suggestion is also solid and I would definitely use that over Qwilfish as Kabutops is more powerful and Toxic Spikes don't help an offensive team as yours that much.

Zekrom's nature should be Adamant, and shift 24 speed EVs from Hp to Speed so you can outspeed support Groudon and 2hko it with Banded Outrage.

Speaking of Groudon, your team is quite susceptible to it, if it catches Zekrom on an Electric Move it can do whatever it wants, and you are quite weak to RP Groudon, it can also take whatever Kabutops throws at it, changing the weather to sun and OHKOing with EQ whislt easily stomaching a + 2 Waterfall.

Hopefully the Speed EVs + Adamant Zekrom should mitigate most of the problem, in addition to a choice scarf Palkia.

Good luck!

Sorry, I forgot to put the EV spread for Dialga

It should be 252 Hp 200 SpDef 56 SpA Modest

Also I do recommend changing Jirachi's spread to 248 Hp 252 Spdef 8 Spe Careful

You can also experiment with rapid spin over aqua jet on kabutops as ferrothorn will likely find many opportunities to spike on this team, if you do decide to do this air balloon would be a better item over life orb, as this also helps with groudon as non-offensive versions cannot do much back unless they carry t-wave and will most likely just phaze you with dragontail / roar whilst taking heavy damage from + 2 waterfall.

Okay, thanks. I had my EVs for Dialga quite off from that because I wasn't exactly sure what kind of one you were suggesting lol. Anyway, I still want to have my Rachi as physically defensive, not specially, but thanks though. And I'll consider the rapid spin thing on Kabutops, but I'm pretty sure I'll be keeping the life orb.

So... how do you handle Extremekiller arceus? I hate to bring up that completely hated pokemon, but its the biggest threat of the entire metagame. If you don't have even the slightest check, it will wreck you. It running ES and Earthquake will completely destroy this team if he sets up on your palkia. Palkia can't OHKO it so after it SDs it will proceed to destroying your team with ES and Earthquake. Brick break versions won't have it easy, but they could probably muscle through if it has lum berry and some luck on its side.

I know this, which is why I don't really play ubers very often. Arceus is too overpowered and too overused. I was thinking about replacing Palkia with Terrakion. Scarfed Terrakion does a good job countering Normal Arceus with ES due to it's fighting type which hits hard with STAB super-effectiveness and resists ES. It also does a pretty good job of countering my Rayquaza problem. The only bad thing is maybe a different typed Arceus, such as ghost, could really hurt. I'll look into things when I get more time tomorrow. I might have an answer then. Thanks for commenting your thoughts and what not. It's appreciated man.

I think sash Ur kabuto sand give it flail. Kabutops is so frail in RU forget ubers. Priority is pretty rare in ubers so ditch aqua jet. Seriously you will get like two attacks off, maybe none
