~ In Detail ~

Electrode @ Life Orb
Nature: Hasty (+Spe -Def)
120 Atk / 162 SAtk / 228 Spe
Ability: Soundproof
~ Thunderbolt
~ Explosion
~ Hidden Power Grass
~ Taunt
Electrode is the fastest Pokemon in UU, so he makes a fine candidate to lead my team. Electrode can Taunt the opponent's lead to prevent them from setting up on me, and start plugging away with STAB Thunderbolts. Hidden Power Grass is there for Gastrodon and Quagsire, who wall Electrode. When Electrode has finished his job, he can just Explode in the face of an opponent's wall. Electrode usually takes about one Pokemon down with him.

The Speed EVs and +Spe Hasty nature generate 410 Speed, enough to outrun Adamant Scarflee. 120 Attack garuntees a OHKO with Explosion on most opponents that don't resist it, and the reest of the EVs go into Special Attack.

Hitmonlee @ Choice Scarf
Nature: Adamant (+Atk -SAtk)
6 HP / 252 Spe / 252 Atk
Ability: Limber
~ Close Combat
~ Blaze Kick
~ Earthquake
~ Stone Edge
Choice scarf Hitmonlee is one of the most feared revenge killers in the UU metagame. With amazing type coverage, an immunity to Paralysis, and Choice Scarf to back up average Speed, Hitmonlee has the ability to revenge kill many of the most common threats in UU. Close Combat gets STAB, and OHKOs or 2HKOs most opponents that don't resist it. Blaze Kick gets coverage hitting Grass Types that resist Close Combat. Earthquake hits Electrics and Poison Types, and Stone Edge hits flyers.

Adamant nature here, as Choice Scarf makes him speedy enough. Simple Max Attack and max Speed EV Spread.

Jynx @ Leftovers
Nature: Timid (+Spe -Atk)
6 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spe
Ability: Forewarn
~ Substitute / {Psychic}
~ Calm Mind
~ Ice Beam
~ Lovely Kiss
Luna is a threat that many teams do not expect. On the switch, I send the opponent's Jynx counter to sleep, then Sub up while the Pokemon sleeps. I Calm Mind behind the Substitute until the Pokemon wakes up, or they switch out. I can then dish out nasty STAB Ice Beams to Pokemon who don't resist it. Substitute also helps Jynx avoid nasty status. Jynx also gives good sleep support to the rest of my sweepers.

Timid and max Speed EVs gives Jynx the ability to outspeed a few Pokemon. 252 SAtk EVs, and the rest go into HP. 6 HP EVs also gives Luna a Leftovers Point.

Sharpedo @ Life Orb
Nature: Hasty (+Spe -Def)
252 Spe / 76 Atk / 180 SAtk
Ability: Rough Skin
~ Crunch
~ Surf
~ Ice Beam
~ Earthquake
Sharpedo is a nasty mixed sweeper with the ability to break most of the walls in UU. Crunch gets STAB and OHKOs Hypno and Grumpig, and deals massive damage to other Psychics. Surf OHKOs the mostly defensive walls in UU, namely Aggron, Steelix, and Golem. Ice Beam does good damage to Grass types, and OHKOs Altaria. Earthquake rips through Poison Types and OHKOs the Special Defesively minded Probopass, Bastiodon, and Electric Types. Sharpedo won't go down without a fight.

Max Speed and Hasty is required to tie with other +Spe natures base 90s. 76 Attack EVs score a OHKO on Hypno, and 180 SAtk EVs are leftover.

dpmba277.png

Swellow @ Toxic Orb
Nature: Jolly (+Spe -SAtk)
6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Ability: Guts
~ Facade
~ Brave Bird
~ U-Turn
~ Pursuit
Swellow is just a plain beast. With an immunity to Sleep and Paralysis, nothing much gets in the way of a Swellow sweep. I chose Toxic Orb as I wanted to do more damage and Swellow can't really take any hits, so the residual damage is forgotten. Facade wrecks anyhting that doesn't resist it, and Brave Bird offers a second STAB, and hits Grasses. U-Turn gets in some damage before I send in a counter to the opponent's Pokemon, and Pursuit hits fleeing Psychics and Ghosts.

Do I really have to explain this one? Jolly for the speed.

Probopass @ Choice Specs
Nature: Modest (+SAtk -Atk)
88 Spe / 252 SAtk / 168 HP
Ability: Magnet Pull
~ Flash Cannon
~ Earth Power
~ Hidden Power Grass
~ Thunderbolt
Nobody really expects SpecsPass, so I use the surprise factor to my advantage to get a few kills. Probopass is also a little bit defensive to hold up my team. Flash Cannon gets STAB, and hits Ice Types hard. Earth Power gets great coverage, hitting Electrics and Poisons. HP Grass hammers Quagsire and Gastrodon, while Thunderbolt hits Swellow and other Flyers. Probopass packs quite a bit of power with this moveset.

Max SAtk with Modest and 252 SAtk EVs, and the 88 EVs allow me to outspeed Defensive Aggron. The rest of the EVs go into HP.

...So what do you guys think?

I like the team, probably because I like offensive teams in UU. It is obviously lacking a in defence but I realise the aim is probably to just smash things up.

One thing that got me was you had no source of Stealth Rocks, or Spikes. I think it would really help the teams offensive threat that much more if your opponent is punished for each time they switch out, and not only that but it would help to bring down the more sturdy UU pokemon that much easier.

Another thing that immediately strikes me about your team is that it is really Technitop weak. Most of your pokemon are KO'd by Fake Out -> Mach Puch once residual damage kicks in.

Probopass unfortunatley cannot OHKO standard Steelix even with modest specs, and is likely to be OHKO'd back by Earthquake.

I'm thinking perhaps scrap the Specs idea on Probopass and go for the support set shown on the smogon analysis:

Probopass @ Leftovers
Nature: Calm (+SDef -Atk)
88 Spe / 168 SDef / 252 HP
Ability: Magnet Pull
~ Stealth Rock
~ Thunder Wave
~ Earth Power
~ HP Rock /Flash Cannon

That set will handily allow you to fit SR onto your team, while providing some sort of walling stability to your team. Thunder Wave will be useful for crippling faster threats to make sweeping easier.

As a remedy for your Technitop weak, consider replacing 'Luna' for the sweeping Drifblim:

Drifblim @ Petaya Berry/Leftovers
Nature: Modest (+SAtk -Atk)
IV: 30 HP
88 Spe / 252 SAtk / 168 HP
Ability: Unburden
~ Calm Mind
~ Shadow Ball
~ HP Fighting
~ Hypnosis/Substitute

This allows you to stop Hitmontop from walking all over you and operates in a slightly similar way to 'Luna'.

For Sharpedo, I would suggest HP Grass over Earthquake to stop the likes of Gastrodon walling you however it does leave you vulnerable to Toxicroak.

On Swellow I often like to run Quick Attack over Pursuit becaue it allows you to beat Priority attackers late game when they are low (Absol, Toxicroak, Mach Punch Hitmons), and I would prefer it even more so on this Swellow seeing as you have Sharpedo for Psychics, and even if you do suspect a switch you can U-turn and gain the upper hand.

Hope this was of help.

I agree with the above post. You can also sneak rest on that drifblim set mentioned w/ chesto berry to double your speed with unburden!

Thank you!
I was also thinking about replacing Probopass with Venusaur, considering I have a major Primeape weakness.

Venusaur @ Choice Specs
Nature: Modest / Timid
236 HP / 252 SpA / 20 Spe
Ability: Overgrow
~ Leaf Storm
~ Sludge Bomb
~ Hidden Power Ice
~ Sleep Talk / Energy Ball / Grass Knot
