[OVERVIEW]

* Ogerpon-C is a great offensive support Pokemon thanks to its high Attack, good offensive typing, access to Follow Me when paired with its solid defenses and ability, and great Speed, having great matchups into Pokemon like Tornadus and Entei.

* Ogerpon-C can pair well with offensive Pokemon like Landorus, Choice Scarf Urshifu-R, and Iron Hands that help deal with the Fighting-, Ice-, and Steel-types that threaten it like the Urshifu formes, Chien-Pao, and Archaludon. Ogerpon-C can also support Trick Room setters like Farigiriaf, as they have a much easier time setting Trick Room with Ogerpon-C redirecting moves away from them.

* Ogerpon-C can be overwhelmed by Pokemon like Gholdengo, Chien-Pao, and especially Urshifu-R, which bypasses its Sturdy ability by using Surging Strikes. Therefore it appreciates partners like Incineroar, Iron Hands, and Amoongus that check these Pokemon. In addition to this, they can also provide it with Fake Out support and redirection.

Its access to Follow Me when paired with its solid defenses and ability, Embody Aspect, once tera'ed can also let it support its teammates effectively. (Good offensive typing + STAB moves sounds redundant, and it makes the sentence less overwhelming when you merge the highlight with the first sentence. Sturdy Follow Me is where the support part comes from. Also, make sure to bring up good matchups.)

* Ogerpon-C can pair well with offensive Pokemon like Landorus, Choice Scarf Urshifu-R, and Iron Hands, which help deal with the Fighting-, Ice-, and Steel-types that threaten it like Iron Hands the Urshifu formes, (Just a lot more dominant rn) Chien-Pao, and Archaludon. Tornadus can also be a great partner for Ogerpon-C, providing it with Speed control letting it outspeed Booster Energy Flutter in Tailwind, and support it with Bleakwind Storm damage. In return, Ogerpon-C can redirect Thunderclap from Raging Bolt and help weaken it down Farigiraf is also a great partner for Ogerpon-C, as it has a much easier time setting Trick Room, thanks to the redirection and Sturdy combination. (Ogerpon-C's most common partner, not really seen with Tornadus as its primarily a support Pokemon.)

* Ogerpon-C can be overwhelemed by Pokemon like Urshifu, Gholdengo, and Chien-Pao, and especially Urshifu-R, which ignores its Sturdy ability, (Prob the single best answer to a Cornerstone lead.) which makes partners like Amoonguss, Incineroar, and Iron Hands appreciated, in addition to this, they can also provide it with redirectional and Fake Out support. Rillaboom can also be a good partner for Ogerpon-C, being able to provide it with passive recovery and bolstering its Grass-type moves power thanks to Grassy Terrain. (Unfortunately too rare of a duo to mention and this is the checks section.)
