Make an analysis for meganium. It is the only starter that hasn't got one because it is in PU. Please make one ( and not as a freaking supporter )

Meganium will eventually get an analysis. However, we're prioritizing by viability. Meganium is not viable in PU, so we will only get to it after the important stuff gets done. Please don't make new threads for basic questions/requests in the future, we have the analysis discussion thread and a discord sever for things like this.
