Rhyperior: Celebi but it must be careful not to get hit by megahorn. If not, then Kureseria.
Electivire: Rhyperior.
Heracross: Dragonite will manage if there isn't stone edge, but then again many do have it.
Salamence: I'll switch around magnezone and kureseria to take the hits.
Gengar: Big troubles here.
Garchomp: Kureseria
Raikou: Dragonite will stop it cold if it doesn't have hp ice. otherwise, Magnezone.
Lucario: I don't know.
Starmie:I don't know
Weavile:Magnezone.
PorygonZ: Kureseria most likely

I'm going to edit my announcement to clarify that, while you aren't required at all to post your threat list, it's pretty lame to post half of one since it's by definitiion a pretty flawed one if you're leaving so many out expecting us not to notice.

Anyway, you're in pretty big trouble against a few standards. The standard Azelf does indeed have Flamethrower as a popular move on a Scheme Psychic/Grass Rope/Flamethrower moveset, and that will 6-0 you since your Cresseila only 3HKOs with Ice Beam even from 249 SpA. Magnezone isn't really the best Weavile counter, cause a Swords Danced Jolly Brick Break does 89-105% to it so you should know that Rhyperior is actually a better counter to it overall.

I think you should have given a lot of pause and decided not to post this yet, when you realized how weak you are to a lot of threats and left off other ones. I'm going to close it — please readdress the list (the whole list) and definitely post your team again when you're done, but I just can't keep this open, sorry =(
