What is the bug?
Incineroar with Parting Shot + Knock Off is flagged as illegal in Gen 8 OU, but it should be allowed there. Knock Off is obtainable in Gen 7 on Incineroar, which can then be transferred into Sword/Shield and taught Parting Shot via the Daycare.
Are you able to replicate it? If so, how?
Note this set should be legal in a format that restricts sources to Gen 8 (e.g. Gen 8 VGC).
