The Gen3 UUBL ladder has baton pass + multiple direct stat increasing moves banned on the same pokemon, but mr. mime is able to use cm+barrier+pass.

yes, i built that set & validated it & it was legal.
i tried scizor with agility+sd+pass & it was not legal.
