The suspect test ladder has lost a lot of it's steam because of the new UU test, so finding a match and meeting the voting requirements are pretty daunting tasks. Playing the same people over and over, and waiting ten minutes for a match is common on the suspect ladder. Every match is much more valuable than a match on the other ladders.
I originally came up with the general idea of this team at the beginning of the suspect test for Latias. It was meant to punish all the teams that were running around at the time, mainly the Choice Band Tyranitar/Scizor/Metagross using Pursuit, and the Latias that were on every single team. It was also meant to take advantage of the absence of a lot of pokes that people thought Latias would make obsolete. However, people have realized that Latias wasn't all that it was supposed to be, and quickly used other pokes over Latias that did their job more effectively, and stop overpreparing for it. So the ladder has just become kind of like OU with a rather unpredictable, if manageable, dragon dropped in.
@ Leftovers
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 HP/252 Atk/4 SDef
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Meteor Mash
- Earthquake
- Stealth Rock
- Explosion
Good lead as always, Metagross is one of the more reliable leads you can use. Does well against everything except the Infernape/Heatran leads (whom I expected to drop because of Latias). Metagross is also the most common lead on the ladder now, and mine does well against them, usually using Earthquake as they lay rocks (and I get to see their item) and lay my own rocks on the switch. Meant to take hits, Mash stuff in, lay rocks, and remove difficult things mid game with boom.

@ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP/220 Def/36 SDef
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Grass Knot
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Thunder Wave
- Recover
This was where a defensive CM Latias originally was, and then I tried several different sets, none of which worked. Then replaced by something that can threaten bulky waters and be Pursuit bait, something essential to my strategy. Thunder Wave helps an otherwise slow team, helping many of my team members significantly. Now it mainly tries to slow down Lucario's counters and checks. Very reliable.

(M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP/68 Spd/188 SAtk
Quiet nature (+SAtk, -Spd)
- Substitute
- Focus Punch
- Dark Pulse
- Thunderbolt
Boah catches a lot of shit off guard, because everyone expects the monstrous Choice Bander. Originally a scarfer to catch Latias trying to Surf me, I changed it because stall teams were popping up everywhere, and this was a bit too easy of a solution (little thought on my part). I need help on the fourth move because my team had a bit of trouble with waters before Celebi came into the picture.
This thing does either really well, or really poorly. I really just doesn't hit hard enough to be a threat to teams that are even a little prepared for it. Sure, it gets a surprise kill on offensive teams, and dismantles SOME defensive teams. But it doesn't seem to help out my overall team. Sandstorm is just another slap in the face, wearing down a few important team mates. Excellent poke, maybe just not right for this team...

Rotom-H @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 72 HP/184 Spd/252 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Thunderbolt
- Shadow Ball
- Overheat
- Trick
Very cool offensive/defensive pokemon. Rather than using it's defenses to stop things, it uses it's awesome speed (enough to outspeed max Naive Scarftran) and defenses to keep a lot of pokemon in check, while also keeping up a good offense. Enough HP to keep Scizor and Lucario from doing much at all, and the speed to keep Gyarados from doing shit. Trick has been fixed for good.
Essential to my strategy, Pursuit bait. I don't mind if Tyranitar or Scizor Pursuit this to death, I welcome it. This allows me to pull off some very easy sweeps. Trick helps a lot, too.

(F) @ Life Orb
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Dragon Dance
- Waterfall
- Ice Fang
- Earthquake
One of the stars. First time using Life Orb Gyarados, and it's a fucking monster. This was the anti metagame pokemon of the early suspect test, setting up so easily on Pursuit users and taking advantage of Celebi and Gengar's absence. Not much to say about it. It also helps taking out or wearing down Lucario's counters. Doesn't take as much advantage of the current metagame, but still is one of the best sweepers.

(M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Inner Focus
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Swords Dance
- Close Combat
- Stone Edge
- Extremespeed
The other little bastard that takes advantage of Pursuiters. Along with that, this also does well against the risky dragons such as Salamence (no DD) locked into Outrage or a Draco Meteor/Surf Latias that has exhausted their special attack. Lucario is very fun to play, only being revealed mid to late game. If revealed early, many people play very conservatively so they don't get swept. Awesome pokemon.
Stone Edge was originally there because Gyarados was very scary to this team before Celebi was put in. Need some input on that move.

I would love to vote once Latias testing comes to a close, but the circumstances of the test itself are holding me back a bit, but the team still needs a lot of help. It just needs that extra push so that I meet the requirements.
A few things to address about the team itself:
-I originally meant for it to be all out offensive, but I somehow went backwards towards bulky offense, and it hasn't bee working well. Offensive is my strong point, and I would love for my team to be more so.
-Salamence is a fucking bitch. Any variation requires a ton of playing around. Getting the intimidates turns my Gyarados into a little punching bag, and I always have to force it to use dragon attacks to Metagross can get it, but then there's EQ. Celebi can cripple it, Rotom can revenge, but it is still a big problem.
-Speed. Only Rotom reaches above 280 initially.
