One for the Road(RMT)

After my last team failed pretty well, I've put something else together, and it's not stall. Here is what I've come up with.

RosePetal(Roserade) @ Choice Scarf
Timid: Natural Cure
4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spe
- Sleep Powder
- Hidden Power[Ice]
- Leaf Storm
- Shadow Ball

My new, sexy lead. Can outrun scarfchomp, and hit back with HP Ice. Is a surprise, running a Choice Scarf, as they are not very common as of late. Does not fear the lead off "Pursuit", and can hit Ghosts with Shadow Ball, which my team[statistically] fears the most. Can even do a first turn sleep if I feel the need to.

HammaTime(Uxie)
@ Leftovers
Relaxed : Levitate
252 HP / 252 SDef / 4 SpAtk
- Thunder Wave
- Stealth Rock
- Psychic
- U-Turn

Well, I replaced my Milotic with this little number here. Has psychic for Heracross and Infernape, as well as Thunderwave for status(I already have a sleeper, and puts up Rocks, then U-Turns out of trouble. Relaxed + Special Defense EVs are for support against Hera(Horn, Pursuit), as well as having the Special Defense walling capabilities.

IronForge(Metagross) @ Leftovers/Choice Band
Adamant : Clear Body
252 HP 236Atk/12 Def/8 Spe
- Bullet Punch
- Thunderpunch
- Earthquake
- Pursuit

Changed my SD Skarm for this. Handles my Weavile problem, and can take a Magezone with EQ. Pursuit is for Ghosts and Psychics, and T-Punch is for Gyra mostly, but can serve other purposes. Bullet punch is for Weavile mostly, but a priority move is never a bad thing. Still debating over CB or Lefties though.

Starforce(Starmie) @ Leftovers
Timid : Natural Cure
120 HP/132 SpA/252 Spe
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt
- Rapid Spin

One of my main attackers, with Expert Belt powering up the Super Effective hits(which this thing is sure to get a lot of). Rapid Spin, and can status absorb. Seems pretty nice to me. Leftovers is so it can heal itself. and it can counter Nape, Gyra, Garchomp and Mamoswine, some really big threats in the WiFi Metagame. Even Speed EVs are for Gengar, and SpAtk Evs are for OHKOing Garchomp.

Pyro(Infernape) @ Expert Belt
Jolly: Blaze
252 Atk/4 HP/252 Spe
- Swords Dance
- Stone Edge
- Flare Blitz
- Close Combat

Okay, this became a physical ape, as I now have Milotic and ScarfRoserade to help me out. Stone Edge is over T-Punch because I already have 2 electric attacks, so Gyra isn't really a problem. Can outrun Dugtrio, and with the amount of MixApes running around, I can SD on the switch, and hit hard with my physical attacks.

Odin(Gliscor)@ Life Orb
Impish: Sand Veil
252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
- Earthquake
- Aerial Ace
- Ice Fang
- Roost

Using this over Heatran to deal with my Heracross problem, which is done through Aerial Ace. Ice Fang is for various dragons and Grass Types, EQ is for Ground and Fire types, and Roost is recovery. Simple pure physical wall.

Well, rate away!

You seem a bit Heracross weak, and SD Skarm is just stupid. Seriously, Steel/Flying isn't very good type coverage and Skam is ass slow and needs those EV's to wall the few Pokemon that it actually can. imo reaplace with a Gliscor that is defensive or EV'd to outrun Jolly Heracross.

Also you get raped by trap teams as 2/3 of your team falls to Magnezone, Weavile, and Dugtrio without you being able to do anything about it. Scizor, if its locked into the wrong move dies to Zone as well.

You also have major trouble against Raikou, and will fall to stall teams as you lack a spinner and entry hazards. Rain teams will at least 5-0 as well.

I'd say just rebuild this whole team. You don't really seem to have a strategy and good teams need that.

My main strategy was to cover my weaknesses, and have as little pokes with matching weaknesses as possible.
But, will do.

Though, if I remove Skarm for Gliscor, and Heatran for for Bullet/Mach Punch/EQ/ Gross(or hell, even Hitmontop), that could remove my Zone, and Weavile weakness as well.

That will also help me minimize the weakness as well.

Please assess the idea posted above. Thanks.

The thing about trappers like Zone and Vile is that they kill things before you can switch to a counter. If you do that make sure your Gross outruns Magnezone otherwise it'll Magnet Rise in your face. Metagross doesn't get Mach Punch either. You'll still struggle with Raikou, Rain, and Stall. Hitmontop won't help with Stall either because it getes hit by Toxic Spikes and has no Recovery outside of rest.

Yeah, I'll EV a Gross to outspeed a Zone, and hit it with EQ, and I'll also OHKO a Weavile with Bullet Punch.

For Raikou, a CB Brick Break should do it, or even a Sucker Punch. CC from Nape as well.

And as you break Raikou's Sub with Infernape or Scizor it has time to hit you with 2 STAB Thunderbolts, which should kill you. If I had a Substitute up against a Spiritomb, I'd CM up as Pursuit won't break my Sub, the rest of your set can't touch me, and there alot of RestTalking Spiritomb that are specially based.

Weavile will never stay in on Metagross, as it can't touch Metagross, while it easily gets OHKO'd back. I only mentioned Weavile because it works with a trap theme and takes out Starmie. I wasn't saying you're weak to Weavile by itself. In a trap team it becomes much more deadly.

Well, overall, it is a well planned team. However, I don't think you need two water types. Electivire and its similars can be a real threat to your team. If motor drive is activated, you can really be swept. I suggest you change milotic to any other sp. wall, such as bliss or dusk. If you don't, you can change starmie into something else. I also suggest you give HP electric to milotic if you change starmie. I would also suggest something that can lay spikes/stealth rock. something with a status move, like thunder wave or toxic. The others seem good. Good luck!

Added an Uxie for status as well as Rocks. Also, is a decent special wall. I made it more of an all around wall though.

First page bumpage.

I think this team is pretty sweet. Looking for others' opinions.

EDIT:
I may change Uxie to Blissey, and Starmie to a Special Specs Azelf.

Thoughs?
