Quality Control OO Kyurem [QC 1/2] [GP 0/1]

[OVERVIEW]
Kyurem is one of SV OU's strongest offensive Pokemon, utilizing its powerful mixed offensive stats and solid overall bulk to run a wide variety of sets, each requiring different counterplay. Choice Specs allows Kyurem to boost its already powerful Freeze Dry and Draco Meteor, coming off of its 130 special attack, OHKOing much of the tier and chunking even the bulkiest Kyurem answers, like Gholdengo and Specially Defensive Moltres. Kyurem can run Dragon Dance, using the Loaded Dice to enhance its Icicle Spear and Scale Shot, and Tera Blast Fire, Electric, or Ground to hit common resists, like Scizor, Dondozo, or Iron Crown, super effectively. Kyurem's natural bulk and ability Pressure can be used to run Leftovers Substitute + Protect sets to PP stall and take advantage of the switches Kyurem forces. Using Heavy Duty Boots, Loaded Dice, or Never-Melt Ice, Kyurem can run mixed sets, aiming to break through particularly bulky Pokemon like Dondozo and Blissey. Unfortunately, Kyurem's mediocre base 95 speed and lackluster defensive typing can make Kyurem challenging to position. Faster Pokemon like Zamazenta, Iron Valiant, and Dragapult can threaten Kyurem with an OHKO and force it out. Kyurem is weak to Stealth Rock and often does not run Heavy Duty Boots, leaving it very reliant on hazard removal. Moreover, some of Kyurem's sets heavily rely on Tera to boost its damage or provide it with necessary coverage, forcing it to compete with the many Tera-reliant offensive Pokemon in the tier. Additionally, bulky Steel-types like Kingambit, Gholdengo, and Iron Crown can soft-check most Kyurem sets or possibly force a Tera.

Other Options
=============
Assault Vest Kyurem is primarily used on bulky offensive teams to trade against common special attackers like Darkrai, while tanking super effective hits from Enamorus and Iron Moth, and OHKOing in return. Assault Vest Kyurems can afford to run some of Kyurem's more niche options, such as Body Press to hit Blissey, Tyranitar, and Kingambit, Ancient Power for Moltres, or Dragon Tail for phazing. Choice Scarf Kyurem is occasionally used to snipe Pokemon like Dragapult and Ogerpon-Wellspring, with the downside of being very prediction-reliant and easy to exploit. Choice Specs sets can run Focus Blast to kill opposing Kyurem and Kingambit, and to hit balloon Heatran and Tera Steel Levitate Pokemon like Latios. Flash Cannon is nice on Substitute + Protect sets to hit opposing Kyurem, Assault Vest Hatterene, and Clefable, while not crumbling to Ogerpon-Wellspring post-Tera, like with Tera Ground. A set with Substitute, Protect, Dragon Dance and Icicle Spear is run with Leftovers, using Tera Steel to set up on Pokemon like Iron Crown and Hatterene, or Tera Ghost to set up on Zamazenta and Body Press Corviknight. Icicle Spear and Dragon Dance’s high PP lets Kyurem PP stall more effectively, but without Loaded Dice, Kyurem’s damage becomes unreliable.

Most of the first paragraph is just making sure to relax the wording on things, I added a brief note about DD + Tect + Sub after the second paragraph. QC 1/2 after implemented, thank you!

[OVERVIEW]
Kyurem is one of SV OU's strongest offensive Pokemon, utilizing its powerful mixed offensive stats and solid overall bulk to run a wide variety of sets, each requiring different counterplay. Choice Specs allows Kyurem to launch incredibly powerful Blizzards Blizzard is not a main move but rather an option, so relaxing the wording would be good off of its 130 special attack, OHKOing much of the tier and chunking even the bulkiest Kyurem answers, like Gholdengo and Specially Defensive Moltres. Kyurem can run Dragon Dance, using the Loaded Dice to power its Icicle Spear, Not sure if power is the right word, perhaps enhance could be good. In any case it would be good to add Scale Shot here and Tera Blast Fire, Electric, or Ground to hit common resists, like Scizor, Dondozo, or Iron Crown, super effectively. Kyurem's natural bulk and ability Pressure can be used to run Leftovers Substitute + Protect sets to PP stall and take advantage of the switches Kyurem forces. Add something about Boots and Mixed sets, even if just small, such as mixed sets looking to exploit the likes of Blissey Unfortunately, Kyurem's mediocre base 95 speed and lackluster defensive typing can make Kyurem challenging to position. Faster Pokemon like Zamazenta, Iron Valiant, and Dragapult can threaten Kyurem with an OHKO and force it out. Kyurem is weak to Stealth Rock and often cannot afford Relaxing the wording to say several sets do not run it could be nice to run Heavy Duty Boots, leaving it very reliant on hazard removal. Moreover, many of Kyurem's sets heavily rely on Tera Arguably only Dragon Dance truly relies on Tera, probably good to relax the wording here as well to boost its damage or provide it with necessary coverage, forcing it to compete with the many Tera-reliant offensive Pokemon in the tier. Additionally, bulky Steel-types like Kingambit, Gholdengo, and Iron Crown can soft-check most Kyurem sets or possibly force a Tera.

Could be worth adding that it does not completely crumble to Ogerpon-W post Tera, unlike Tera Ground. Up to you

- The big OO missing here is DD + Sub + Protect. Not its own set atm, nor is it looking to pick up right now. Would be good to add here for the time being, and if it starts getting popular enough we can always give it its own set later one
