Quality Control OO Ting-Lu [QC 1/2] [GP 0/1]

[OVERVIEW]
With an incredible typing, fantastic bulk, and an amazing ability in Vessel of Ruin, Ting-Lu is one of the best special walls in the tier, being able to check threats like Raging Bolt, Gholdengo, and Iron Moth. With access to Stealth Rocks, Spikes, and Whirlwind, compounded by its absurd bulk, Ting-Lu is one of the tier’s most reliable hazard setters and phazers. Ruination is used to apply consistent pressure and make progress by chipping down defensive Pokemon without access to recovery, like Landorus-Therian and Great Tusk. Unfortunately, without any recovery moves outside of Rest, Ting-Lu is usually reliant on Leftovers for passive healing, making it especially weak to knock off, unlike similar bulky grounds like Gliscor. Rest is an option to provide Ting-Lu with recovery, usually seen with Sleep Talk, but is often tough to fit. Ting-Lu can choose to run other items like Rocky Helmet, particularly to punish Rapid Spin Pokemon removing its hazards, like Great Tusk and Iron Treads, or U-turn from Pokemon like Corviknight. Ting-Lu often runs Red Card, utilizing Ting-Lu's gargantuan bulk to eat a hit and to phaze out the opposing Pokemon. Red Card can also bring in Booster Energy Pokemon, like Iron Moth or Iron Valiant, earlier than your opponent would like to and wasting their Booster Energy. While Ting-Lu is an amazing defensive Pokemon, many Pokémon Ting-Lu would otherwise beat run techs to overcome it, like Will-O-Wisp or Knock Off Darkrai, Taunt Deoxys-Speed, Solar Beam Raging Bolt, and Close Combat Great Tusk. Additionally, Ting-Lu's lack of reliable recovery makes it highly susceptible to chip damage and can be overwhelmed by the number of strong special attackers it must face. As a hazard setter, reliable hazard control options like Magic Bounce Hatterene and Defog Galarian-Weezing can prevent Ting-Lu from keeping hazards on the field.

Other Options
=============

Ting-Lu can utilize its bulk, 110 attack stat, and solid offensive typing with a Weakness Policy set, activating Weakness Policy against Pokemon like Hatterene, Clefable, and Dragonites running Ice Spinner, and launching a +2 Earthquake, Stone Edge, Payback, or Heavy Slam in return. Weakness Policy Ting-Lu is most appreciated on faster-paced teams that would appreciate Ting-Lu trading with certain offensive or defensive Pokemon that can be problematic for the rest of your team, catching your opponent by surprise. In a similar sense, Custap Berry is a tech option on faster teams, utilizing the increased priority to lay an additional layer of Spikes or surprise your opponent with an attack like Ruination or Earthquake. With speed investment, Ting-Lu can run Taunt to prevent Pokemon like Weezing, Corviknight, and Clefable from using Defog to clear Ting-Lu's hazards or using recovery moves. Ting-Lu occasionally runs Heavy-Slam to hit Pokemon like Hatterene and Enamorus super-effectively. For another option that hits fairies, Ting-Lu can run Tera Blast Poison, also hitting grass-type Pokemon like Ogerpon-W and Hydrapple super-effectively, which is useful for teams weak to either of those Pokemon. Even with lower base power, Ting-Lu can choose to run Throat Chop over Payback since Payback does not deal its full damage if the opposing Pokemon switches out. Additionally, Ting-Lu sometimes runs Tera Grass to resist Ogerpon-W's attacks and get hazards up against it.

[OVERVIEW]
With an incredible typing, fantastic bulk, and an amazing ability in Vessel of Ruin, Ting-Lu is the most possible special wall (This doesn't seem right. Did you mean 'best special wall' or something similar?) in the tier, being able to check threats like Raging Bolt, Gholdengo, and Iron Moth. With access to Stealth Rocks, Spikes, and Whirlwind, Ting-Lu becomes is one of the tier’s most reliable hazard setters and phazers (might want to mention bulk or some other quality that makes it so good in this role. Technically Skarmory has all these, but ofc it's much worse than Ting is.). Ruination is used to apply consistent pressure and make progress (Quite vague right now, might mention more specific things like chipping Great Tusk and Landorus-Therian for teammates). Unfortunately, without any recovery moves outside of Rest, Ting-Lu is usually reliant on Leftovers for passive healing, making it especially weak to knock off, unlike similar bulky grounds like Gliscor. Rest is an option to provide Ting-Lu with recovery, occasionally (Would use something stronger like 'usually', ~60% of rest ting also have sleep talk) seen with Sleep Talk, but is often tough to fit. Ting-Lu can choose to run other items like Red Card, utilizing Ting-Lu's gargantuan bulk to eat a hit and to phaze out the opposing Pokemon, potentially switching in and activating Booster Energy on certain Pokemon, like Iron Moth or Iron Valiant, earlier than your opponent would like to (Good point, but would make this a new sentence, currently is an awkward run-on.). Rocky Helmet is often run on Ting-Lu particularly to punish Rapid Spin Pokemon, removing its hazards, like Great Tusk and Iron Treads. (Would say "punish contact moves, such as Rapid Spin from Great Tusk and ... <other examples like u-turn...>) (Would put Rocky Helmet sentence first, before red card, it is used a lot more.) While Ting-Lu is an amazing defensive Pokemon, many of the Pokemon it’s supposed to beat run tech options specifically to break Ting-Lu (Would reword to "many pokemon Ting-Lu would otherwise beat run techs to overcome it") , like Will-O-Wisp or Knock Off Darkrai, Taunt Deoxys-Speed, or Tera Blast Fairy Raging Bolt (Not a very real example. Would suggest Close Combat Great Tusk, Energy Ball Iron Moth, or Solar Beam Raging Bolt as examples instead.). Additionally, without any reliable recovery, Ting-Lu is (Would reword to "Additionally, Ting-Lu's lack of reliable recovery makes it...) highly susceptible to chip damage and can be overwhelmed by the number of strong special attackers it must face. As a hazard setter, reliable hazard control options like Magic Bounce Hatterene and Defog Galarian-Weezing can prevent Ting-Lu from keeping hazards on the field.

Ting-Lu can utilize its bulk and solid offensive typing (might also mention the solid 110 attack stat) with a Weakness Policy set, activating Weakness Policy against Pokemon like Hatterene, Clefable, and Dragonites running Ice Spinner, and launching a +2 Earthquake, Stone Edge, Payback, or Heavy Slam in return. Weakness Policy Ting-Lu is most appreciated on faster-paced teams that would appreciate Ting-Lu trading with certain offensive or defensive Pokemon that can be problematic for the rest of the team to handle. (Would emphasize the surprise aspect a bit more.) In a similar sense, Custap Berry is a tech option on faster teams, utilizing the increased priority to lay an additional layer of Spikes or surprise your opponent with an attack like Ruination or Earthquake. With enough speed investment, Ting-Lu can run Taunt to prevent Pokemon like Weezing, Corviknight, and Clefable, (RC) from using Defog to clear Ting-Lu's hazards or using recovery moves. Even without Weakness Policy, Ting-Lu occasionally runs Heavy-Slam to hit Pokemon like Hatterene and Enamorus super-effectively. For another option that hits fairies, Ting-Lu can run Tera Blast Poison, also hitting grass-type Pokemon like Ogerpon-Wellspring and Hydrapple super-effectively, which is useful for teams weak to either of those Pokemon. Ting-Lu can choose to run Throat Chop over Payback to deal more damage in situations where you move first (such as? Don't say Glowking, EQ is fine here.).
(I would also add Tera Grass as a mention for defensive utility, it's been used once in SPL and SCL but isn't mentioned in the existing analysis.)
(Tera Ice was also used that one time but this is probably fine to not mention unless you really want to.)
(I see Stomping Tantrum was used once in SPL, but it's probably fine not mention it. Just putting it here in case you had something you meant to say on it.)
