Goes into broader mafia strategy discussion but I treat frozen more so towny bc it’s highk easier to post as scum than town at least to get through the first few days

You can get caught out later on bc of earlier posts etc etc but that’s unrelated to the frozen convo

But mafia terms are all in the eye of the beholder anyway lmao

Agree no scumteam should or probably would be helping Cary write posts but they would at minimum be pressuring them into making them. Which uh, that is very much the kind of dynamic that would output the current behaviour from Cary, where we receive occasional one liners with no content in them

im starting to follow this idea, isoing them i can see where you are coming from, but it could also just be newbie town not knowing how to have posts with good content

I typoed I meant to mean I wound below worth posts lmao, as in what points to talk about and let him drop samples for me to read lmao

But I see your point about “bro just post something” or whatever

It’s definitely harder to post as mafia than town btw, because town you just say whatever you want and it’s towny (in theory), mafia you have to think what you would do as town and usually you have to think deeper, which makes your reactions typically slower and less dynamic, town you just post whatever you genuinely think

Though it helps if you know how the game works well to have the natural kill up of your thoughts into posts
 
I saw I was accused of essentially having “one post.” First of all, untrue in raw numbers, idk how many I have exactly but it’s def more than one lol. I said in one of my previous posts that it seems to be the culture here to spam the thread with a lot of one-liners so the fact that I post less in raw numbers but with paragraphs probably makes it seem like I contribute less in the eye of the beholder. Whereas I see my posts as being less frequent, yes, but they’re longer and have more meat to them (in general, I recognize that made a shitpost or two in this thread too)

Anyway, because of the nature of the back and forth between a fairy and apricity, I think we can safely rule out both of them being mafia, since that is something that would have been hashed out in the mafia chat I imagine. So the question is whether this is a town vs. scum interaction, or town vs. town. I think town vs. town is the most likely scenario, followed by apricity scum/fairy town, and then in a very distant third we have the case of fairy scum/apricity town.

My two biggest scum reads initially were apricity and liquidrelief, but because of the above interaction I’m much more inclined to lean liquidrelief out of those two.

As for inactives, whether we’re talking ScaryCary or Ehmcee, I’m more likely to vote for Cary. While she has more posts than Ehmcee, they’re definitely nothingburgers which reads to me as mafia just trying to appear active after being accused of inactivity without really bringing anything to the table. Ehmcee I obviously don’t have a read on because nothing has been posted lol.

Not voting yet, but I’m likely to go with Cary at this point

Then you have that pop in to comment on your name being mentioned like that, while I understand you don’t want to be misgendered and that’s valid - you are obviously watching us all discuss you and want more and you pop in but despite following and reading thread you are not interested in solving at all

You are as it stands a very likely candidate to be the vote today imo, and if you don’t want to be you need to start making content posts asap

ok, i had the same idea with the fairy apricity interaction. I also think cary is a potentially good vote, and hopefully ehmcee gets subbed

This level of cluelessness while still actively popping in to say absolutely nothing has never, in all my games, come from scum

I can’t think of a single parallel of when a person who looked like Cary does in this game has ever flipped scum

Ehmcee, AirC has a slightly better shot of flipping scum because this one has around 0%. If there weren’t other AFKs then I wouldn’t mind it but there are.

Lack of appetite to lynch Evie remains baffling.
 
BTW thinking about it more, day 1 something reasonable (maybe not optimal) to have done was to have JK and PR claim. JK PR + town doc on JK keeps both alive. And then people can play 50/50 mindgames with whether or not they actually stay with the plan or if they try to protect/block elsewhere, and we’d have town leaders.

I'd say the three of them all have had close to 0 posts of substance, with Ehmcee obviously being the worst, followed by Cary, followed by AirC

I post less frequently but again, when I do there's actual substance. I don't mean to get too on the defensive here but come on

Well, sometimes they sub out first of all. But oftentimes they get so in their head about what to post. Because they’re not letting down just themselves anymore or a nameless team — there are actual names and faces to the people who they would throw under the bus if they post something wrong.

So all the questions go there. And there’s this anxiety about posting. So they’re a little careful, very thoughtful (even though they’re not really thinking about anything relevant). There’s a tone to it.

What do you see in Cary? I see someone who’s just opening up their phone and sending whatever the fuck comes to mind. I see someone asking what a wolf role is. I see someone who’s not afraid of attention.

That doesn’t sound like newbie wolf to me.
 
Ehmcee is actually gone so idk about him. AirC doesn’t give me the vibe of how I described Cary at all.

You said the Evie/tommy thing was a “strangest of coincidence”. Thats insane to me. Three names, none of them obvious, in the same messed up order??? The chances of that are SO low. It’s way more likely that someone said “let’s call this out in scumchat” and then there was a huge drop in miscommunication than this happening randomly.

You think Cary is a better vote than MC. Doubt it.
