Right now I am not high on the ladder due to lack of time and the servers crashing, so I will post my RMT right now. I was on a winning streak and in the mid 1400s last time I played, so I feel confident in this team. The general goal of this team is to have an answer to as many new threats as possible while maintaining a better position through volt-turn. Thanks to AM for helping me with the team. I will post the threat list and replays later.

Jonny (Noivern) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Infiltrator
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Air Slash
- U-turn
- Switcheroo

First thing first, I needed a reliable revenge killer for Mega-Salamence. I chose scarfed Noivern over Greninja because of its ability Infiltrator, which lets it revenge kill Salamence whether it goes for Substitute or Dragon Dance. Draco Meteor has an 80% chance to OHKO 252 HP 0 SpD variants, so Noivern is reliable. Since it outspeeds the entire metagame (including scarfed Greninja), I can depend on it to deal with offensive threats once they are weakened. I choose Air Slash over Boomburst because the rest of my team was slightly weak to Conkeldurr and Mega Lopunny and the flinch chance is always nice. U-turn is used to maintain momentum and Switcheroo is used when I do not need the scarf so that I can cripple a possible bulky switch in.

Eddy (Whimsicott) @ Leftovers
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 248 HP / 8 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Encore
- Leech Seed
- Moonblast
- U-turn

Whimsicott main job is to stop set-up sweepers using Encore. Several team members (Vaporeon, Scizor, Landorus-T) are set-up bait and with volt-turn support, Whimsicott can easily come in and prevent them from sweeping. Leech Seed helps wear down switch ins and helps keep Whimsicott from being worn down, even though Giga Drain is an option to deal with Rotom-W more easily. Moonblast is a great attacking move which is effective against many threats including Mega Gallade (2HKOd), Mega Salamence Encored into a set-up move, Lati@s, Keldeo, Terrakion, and more. U-turn helps maintain momentum. I run max speed to outspeed many variants of Jolly SD Talonflame and all base 115s.

Jimmy (Vaporeon) @ Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 Spe
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Wish
- Scald
- Heal Bell
- Baton Pass

Vaporeon is the cleric of my team. Vaporeon doesn't learn U-turn or Volt Switch so I have to settle for Baton Pass to maintain momentum. Being physically defensive allows Vaporeon to take on a variety of threats including Mega Metagross without Thunderpunch or Grass Knot, Landorus-T, Tyranitar, Jirachi, Greninja, and others. The combination of Wish and Baton Pass is able to heal up any necessary members quickly (Whimsicott, Landorus-T, and Heatran do not have reliable recovery) even though the lack of Protect makes Vaporeon itself easy to wear down. Heal Bell is extremely necessary since it is important to keep my team healthy in order to deal with the opposing threats.

scizor-mega.gif

Edd (Scizor) @ Scizorite
Ability: Light Metal
EVs: 248 HP / 200 SpD / 60 Spe
Careful Nature
IVs: 0 SpA
- Defog
- Roost
- Bullet Punch
- U-turn

This is a classic pivot set with utility in Defog and priority in Bullet Punch. I run 60 Speed EVs to outspeed base 80s with no speed investment. Being specially defensive allows Scizor to be a good tank on both sides and helps sponge hits from Lati@s, Mega Gardevoir, Mega Diancie, Mega Sceptile, and others. Scizor can also life orb stall Greninja if it is not carrying HP Fire since Hydro Pump does around 50%. Scizor also has the strongest U-turn on the team, making it an important damage dealing pivot, and its natural physical bulk allows it to take on Mamoswine and Weavile and Bullet Punch them.

Ed (Landorus-Therian) (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 248 HP / 172 Def / 88 Spe
Impish Nature
IVs: 0 SpA
- Stealth Rock
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- U-turn

Landorus-T is the Stealth Rock setter and a physically defensive pivot. Often, Intimidating a physical attacker allows Scizor to take it on better. Landorus-T is a good initial switch in to many physical set-up sweepers, because it can Intimidate them and U-turn into Noivern, Whimsicott, or Scizor. The Speed EVs allow it to outspeed Adamant Bisharp, which is a threat to the team. However, Landorus-T does get worn down easily, so passing a Wish maybe necessary even if it means sacrificing Vaporeon.

heatran.gif

Rolf (Heatran) @ Life Orb
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Taunt
- Fire Blast
- Earth Power
- Toxic

After putting the first 5 team members, I noticed that I was weak to Ferrothorn and had no way to break stall and Mega-Sableye. The combination of Taunt and Toxic allows Heatran to weaken several stall teams, which often do not have a good answer. Since I would like to switch in Heatran on opposing Heatrans, I put Earth Power on the set. Modest Life Orb Fire Blast is my best chance against Mega-Sableye (it 2HKOs when Sableye is at +1). Overall this set has been effective, especially for its surprise value.

Seeing as this is supposed to be an anti-meta team, i recommend running unaware clefable with moonblast and flamethrower to take down megamence and the various steel types that are flying around in the metagame.
