XY Ubers ORAS means offence

I there and welcome to my fist Uber attempt in ORAS era!
Fisrt of all, sorry for my bad english.

Ok here we go:

Groudon-Primal @ Red Orb
Ability: Desolate Land
EVs: 244 Atk / 200 SpD / 64 Spe
Adamant Nature

- Rock Polish
- Stone Edge
- Dragon Claw
- Precipice Blades

Best ORAS uber pokémon after MegaRay ban. I choose the polish set cause even at +0 PDon hits like a truk and it's only downside is the slow speed.
Well, with Polish at 124EV it's able to go faster than 100 max speed scarfer, I don't think Terrakion is a thing anymore, if I'll face some of them then will change up EV to outspeed +1 108.
Overheat is sexy, and more accurate than Fire Blast (usually don't need to spam special fire attack).
Changed
Dragon Claw is there especially for GiraO that can otherwise threaten my whole team.

Xerneas @ Power Herb
Ability: Fairy Aura
EVs: 204 Def / 252 SpA / 52 Spe
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Geomancy
- Aromatherapy
- Thunder
- Moonblast

I love this unconvensional set, Aromatherapy is so useful if I see that setting Geo would be too hard.
Same speed as PDon set, will tweak if needed. Def > HP in my opinion for Xerneas.
No third attack means poor coverage but before setting Xern I know I have to remove checks.

Latias (F) @ Soul Dew
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 80 HP / 252 SpA / 176 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Recover
- Calm Mind
- Psyshock
- Dragon Pulse

I think this is the best Calm Minder in the entire game. I really love that Soul Dew is finally back.
Enough speed to outspeed max base100.

Landorus-Therian (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Stealth Rock
- U-turn
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake
SR setter, scouter, intimidator and it can deals quite a bit with LO.
Max speed to always go faster than PDon and Ho-oh allowing this to check them.
Without this Ho-oh can be a pain to deal with.

Dialga @ Shuca Berry
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 248 HP / 252 SpD / 8 Spe
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Stealth Rock
- Draco Meteor
- Flash Cannon
- Toxic

Gengar-Mega @ Gengarite
Ability: Shadow Tag
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Destiny Bond
- Taunt
- Sludge Wave
- Shadow Ball

ST to get rid of checks or stallers. Nothing else to say, same old MGar.
Destiny bond is mainly for opposing EK, one of the biggest threat to my team, if I couldn't pressure my opponent enough and allowed him to set.

Arceus @ Lum Berry
Ability: Multitype
EVs: 40 HP / 252 Atk / 216 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Shadow Claw
- Earthquake
- Extreme Speed

I use Lum cause otherwise Darkrai can fuck my team up, +2 ESpeed OHKO it.
Another god sweeper for this team.
Why recover and not a coverage move? Cause till now I had no need; GiraO will be dealt otherwise.

Hello ChaosNemesis, I'm here to rate your team. You need 3 lines of description for each Pokemon otherwise your RMT will probably be locked, but I shall rate it anyway. My rate will be more about what you can do to optimise your team members, as the team seems reasonably solid to me, with no huge glaring weaknesses. Something like a Scarf Xerneas would be nice to insure you against opposing Hyper Offensive teams and grant you a revenge killer, but if you want to keep Geomancy Xerneas that is fine too.

First off, I would recommend you run an Adamant nature on your Primal Groudon, as Overheat is still sun-boosted and STAB and should still KO the things you want it to. A Naughty nature means that Groudon will be taking more from special attacks, which it tends to take a lot of due to its responsibilities in checking Kyogre and Xerneas etc. This brings me to my next point, I would recommend that you go to a damage calculator and find an EV spread that allows Groudon to always live a +2 Focus Blast from Modest Xerneas after taking 1/16 damage (the first time Groudon switches into Stealth Rock, it is a pure Ground-type, so it takes 1/16 instead of 1/8). You should take this investment out of Attack as with an Adamant nature and a solid amount of investment in Attack still (I believe you need around 220 HP EVs to survive, meaning that you still have ~160 Atk EVs) Groudon does not really notice the difference in power.

As mentioned before, I would change your Xerneas set so that it has Focus Blast, probably over Aromatherapy. The only viable Geomancy Xerneas sets have moves to deal heavy damage to Primal Groudon at +2, and Focus Blast is the best move, with HP Ground and Grass Knot doing the same amound of damage, but Focus Blast also offering coverage against Ferrothorn and Heatran, as well as Scizor to an extent. This gives you a moveset of Moonblast / Thunder / Focus Blast / Geomancy. I would personally run more Speed myself, but filler EVs in Defense are fine as you do not need 405+ HP due to the lack of Substitute, and it means that Xerneas will take priority moves better.

As for your Latias set, I would personally run a simple max Speed max Special Attack spread as it is nice to speed tie with Diancie, Metagross and other Lati@s. Calm Mind + Dragon Pulse is interesting but I personally prefer Calm Mind + Draco Meteor. I would actually change from Latias to Latios, as you already have Primal Groudon to check Kyogre effectively, and Latios can still switch in on Kyogre reasonably nicely, especially as Scarf Kyogre is now almost nonexistent.

Some other things to mention are that you could try Earth Plate on Landorus-Therian for more dureability, but I understand the allure of Life Orb Explosion and I have used it myself to good effect. I was going to say that you should run Focus Blast on Gengar, but without Shadow Ball you seem to have a reasonably hard time against Lugia, with it walling both Groudon and Extremekiller. Lastly, I can understand why you are running Lum Berry Extremekiller Arceus, but I do not see why you are using Recover. I would recommend that you use Shadow Claw as this allows you to deal significant damage to Lugia, Arceus-Ghost and Giratina-Origin, softening them up so that Groudon can break through them later on. What you could try is Jolly 252 Speed Arceus, as this allows you to hit opposing support Arceus before they can burn you with Will-O-Wisp - you could even try Refresh over Earthquake or Shadow Claw, whilst keeping the Lum Berry to that you maintain a decent check to Darkrai. This does mean that Arceus will be rather weak, however.

To add on to Steeljackal's rate, if you want to keep Latias you can run a similar set like the one he proposed for Latios but with Healing Wish instead of Memento. Your team has multiple setup sweepers that you also need to act as defensive checks to stuff so you might benefit more from Healing Wish reviving one of your Pokemon than Memento's stat drops. Latias is not as strong as Latios for sure, but Healing Wish's utility is incredible. Just some food for thought.

Thank you guys.
I'll change EV for PDon for sure, and edge over heat.
I was at fisrt a bit debated between LandoT and spdef Dialga. Seems I choosed the wrong one, definitly trying Dialga.
For EK I get the point in running max speed with LO to compensate but I relly want something that can deal with Darkrai and not simply fodding something. I'm ok for Claw over Recover.

About Latias, is really CM inferior to other sets?

EDIT: Tryed a bit, got to 1400 in blink of an eye. Changes made were really useful.
I won't change CM Latias, solved me so many game by her self...
