Moves

• Scald is Mega Slowbro's main form of attack, useful against Pokemon like Crunch Mega Gyarados and Kyurem-B, preventing Mega Slowbro from falling to critical hits, as Mega Gyarados and Kyurem-B could otherwise ignore Shell Armor and attempt to knock Mega Slowbro out with a critical hit.
• Iron Defense and Amnesia raise Mega Slowbro's Defense and Special Defense by two stages, respectively, helpful against Pokemon like Mega Charizard X and bulky Mega Charizard Y
• Rest can be used to heal Toxic damage from Pokemon like Chansey, as well as giving Mega Slowbro an advantage against Pokemon like Jumpluff.
• Slack Off can be used for more immediately threatening Pokemon, such as x

Set Details
========

• Spread maximizes spdef for stuff like bulky char y
• The definitely much better spread of 248 HP / 132 Def / 128 SpD with a Relaxed nature lets Mega Slowbro always survive a Fusion Bolt from Choice Band Kyurem-B, enabling Mega Slowbro to PP stall all variants.
• Oblivious is run in order to have Taunt immunity, for Pokemon like Whimsicott.
• Shell Armor prevents crits

Usage Tips
========

• Don't mega evolve immediately against Taunt users like Mega Gyarados, Mega Mawile, and Mega Sableye, in order to still be able to set up. If Mega Gyarados does not immediately reveal Taunt, and instead uses Crunch turn one, you can feel free to Mega Evolve on the next turn. Opposing Mega Gyarados can only win if it is running both Taunt and Crunch
• Outside of Mold Breaker Pokemon like Kyurem-B and Mega Gyarados, Mega Slowbro can use its inability to be hit by critical hits to set up its defensive stats in what could be seen as more dangerous ranges of health for other Pokemon.
