Im new to this community and im playing pokemon online since a short time^^ so i would show my team to you, because I want to be better in the competitive part and im really looking forward for some tips and critic to improve my skills to this game:)
Anyway lets get started :D
Garchomp (M) @
Garchompite
Trait: Rough Skin
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd

Earthquake - Swords Dance - Dragon Claw - Substitute
Lets get started with my mega pokemon:
I choose garchomp, because i like the high base atk and its still a bit tanky. In its mega evolution its synergize very well with tyranitar. I run a sweeper set on garchomp with substitute on it because many players will try to switch in to walls like ferrot to leech seed it or cripple it with will o wisp or spore and it prevents me for this ^^
Plus its unexpective for a garchomp
Tyranitar (M)
Smooth Rock
Trait: Sand Stream
EVs: 100 HP / 252 Atk / 40 Def / 68 SAtk / 48 SDef
Brave Nature -
Protect - Rock Slide - Crunch - Ice Beam
Next we got tyranitar, my offtank.
I run ice beam on it to catch pokemon like landorus or gliscor off guard who tries to set stealth rocks or go for sword dance.
Protect is to trap lopunny or other pokemon who can use moves like high jump kick. Its fine too for scouting and its unexpective :D

Trait: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 128 Def / 128 SDef Sassy Nature -
Gyro Ball - Leech Seed - Protect - Thunder Wave
My mixed wall with a basic set with one expection: im more used to t-wave than other cripple moves like toxic and it works perfect to set up with garchomp or taking out dangerous sweeper
Latios (M) Life Orb
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature -
Draco Meteor - Psyshock - Defog - Thunderbolt
Well i dont have much to say to this. Basic latios with defog ro remove stealth rocks or sticky webs
Talonflame (M)

Trait: Gale Wings
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature -
Brave Bird - U-turn - Flare Blitz - Acrobatics
My wallbreaker. With gale wings and choice band it does rediculous damage. I choose Acrobatics for getting for example hit by a knock off and survive with like 6 hp :D
Galvantula (M)
Focus Sash
Trait: Compound Eyes
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd Timid Nature -
Sticky Web - Thunder - Bug Buzz - Hidden Power [Ice]
Finally the last one. My setter Galvantula :) i really like this one, because its fast and do lots of damage and can set up. Basic set so i cant say much to it
