Why should the Hosting Team pick you?:
NoName is a close friend and my mentee. He plays every single tier except LC and DOU. He has been very successful in the ORAS circuit tournaments, making semis or finals in many of them. He also has managed multiple discord tours with good success. As for me, I've been playing ORAS since it was current gen and have become a respected builder in OU. Last SPL I was xray's mate in prepping and team help, and just recently in wcop I went 4-1 in ORAS. When ORAS was current gen, I played most of these tiers and even topped the ladder or reached high ranks.
Both of us still keep up with the tiers and are excited to make a deep dive back into them. As a manager pair, we are excited to make use of our extensive experience and knowledge of both ORAS and its playerbase.

Why should the Hosting Team pick you?: Returning manager. MrAldo decided to skip this one in terms of managing so Fragments will be joining me this time. I have plenty of exposure and experience with all the ORAS metas and Fragments has been around the block with them too. I have plenty of managerial experience too including every iteration of this tour. Fragments is my current manager for SMPL also.

Why should the Hosting Team pick you?:
Tomb Raiders made finals of last year’s ORAS PL with me as a part of the manager duo and I’m back to win it this time around. Quarante8 is a seasoned manager (heh) who has reached playoffs with every single team he’s managed in unofficial team tournaments, so he has loads of valuable experience to provide the team with. We have also recently made finals of ADPL together as a manager pair of the Tomb Raiders.
As a former ORAS mod and two time SPL ORAS player, I know the playerbase very well, and can also provide good support to my team. I’m also capable of supporting tiers outside of OU, so we will be able to draft and support a very competitive team.

Gondra and I would like to give this another shot as returning managers, we have a lot of experience with managing as a duo and separately, with fairly good results across the board. I have a good amount of experience in lower tiers while Gondra has played pretty much almost every tier in this tournament before in some capacity. We have a good knowledge of the playerbase and will do our best in fostering a healthy and competitive environment

Why should the Hosting Team pick you?: We both have a good knowledge of the ORAS metagame, following the OU tier for the last few years and playing it on several tournaments, including Smogon Masters top cut. We have also played team tournaments of a higher level such as WcoP or SPL and I have made ORAS circuit poffs twice. Our managing experience is quite extensive. I have managed several team tournaments, including every ORASPL edition, and I won PTPL this year. Skyrio is one of the greatest managers in french community, winning the last two editions of FCL and managing Team France on RCoP. We are currently managing SMPL and we made semifinals of ORASPL last year.

Speaking of myself, managing is the main thing I do on Smogon, with fairly good results. Last year, I have won several generational PLs from the ROA circuit as a manager, as well as having made at least playoffs in the vast majority of the tournaments I've joined, both overall and within the same circuit. I have taken part in multiple tournaments featuring ORAS tiers, and have been consistently doing well across those pools. On top of that, I have been a manager in two of the three Official Team Tournaments that took place in 2023, and I'm looking forward to having a good 2024 season too.

As for PJ, he's one of the best ORAS players on the site, as he has achieved great results as a player through the years, both in Official and Unofficial tournaments, as well as in Invitationals. He is willing, just like me, to put enough effort to support the team to the best of his possibilities.

I have managed quite a lot of managership experience throughout all gens. I have managed many PLs and WCs such as Team india in NDWC, BTWC ,etc and have managed in ISTT season I and II as well and also won the season I. I am also managing this season too with tuthur. Looking forward for oraspl too.

While Alpha has only managed in a few unofficial discord tours. However, he has been involved with the ORAS community for a while and has also hosted ORAS Invitational twice, was ORAS Ladder Tour host and is also the current Forum Moderator of ORAS.

We both promise to bring an active and a healthy team environment.

I have a good knowledge of the ORAS metagame in general, and a solid experience as a Manager, having been a Manager in various tournaments such as PTPL, PUPL, ZUPL, RUGL, BDSPPL, among others, with a win in the last one. I've also played in a lot of teamtours and have played ORAS enough to be able to help in any slot.
Feen has managed RUPL 3 times and RUGL securing finals in RUPL once and playoffs every other time, LTPL I which he won and Smogon Snake Draft II. He also played in the latest SCL with shoguns and lead World Cup with Bangladesh. As far as tournaments he has played in pretty much every team tournaments as well as a great run in the ORAS Slam.

My experience in the ORAS generation is quite decent, as I’ve managed in DPL (which features ORAS DOU) and other discord team tours with ORAS OU in it, so my experience in working in ORAS OU is good. My experience in supporting ORAS doesn’t stop there, as I was a support for ORAS in ADPL. For the other tiers I am eager to learn the metagames to help support them.

As for Devin, he has managed Teamballo, OUPL, BLT, WCOP, SMPL, and SSPL. Devin is a very knowledgeable and skilled player when it comes to ORAS, being one of the best known builders and players of the tier as well as being known to lead teams into playoffs. I believe that with his knowledge and my leadership we’ll be able to take a team into playoffs.

Why should the Hosting Team pick you?: I managed this tour to a finals tb before while prepping and scouting every slot, I managed the previous SMPL and am managing the current SMPL. I'd be very motivated to manage as I want to try and get my finals runback if possible. Avarice and I have managed SSPL + NDWC + NDPL together to playoffs, and Avarice recently played ORAS OU in WCoP so we're both knowledgeable about OU and low tiers in ORAS as we've been involved in every low tiers team tours in some fashion. If we're picked, we would like the retain pool of Slaying Justices as Avarice was on the team last year. If for some reason we cannot get that, then Larry has given me the go ahead to take his old retain pool from last tour.
