ElectricityCat and roxie are mostly in charge of ubers uu ru nu pu zu lc dou mono while i'm mostly responsible for the ou core.

as for interested ou players: we don't care much about whether you're new or returning, your past or recent results or if we know each other or not.
most important is how active you'll be and how skilled you are because we'll explore, learn and grind and we'll have strong competition. usually the majority of the starting ou players are known names and could top the ladder if they wanted so that's about your benchmark.
