Oricorio-E stands out as the most viable Oricorio forme as it checks a wide array of prominent threats and is largely customizable to fit whatever its team needs. While Oricorio-E's subpar defenses and Stealth Rock weakness can hinder its defensive prowess, its near-exclusive dual typing lets it check threats such as Poliwrath and Lilligant while also turning the likes of Oricorio-G and Gurdurr into set-up fodder. Hidden Power Fighting can be used to muscle past checks such as Togedemaru, Aggron, and Aurorus, while Taunt helps beat balance teams. Oricorio-E's versatility, remarkable role compression, ability to threaten defensive cores like Jellicent + Roselia, and overall power allow it to perform well against a variety of playstyles. Ideal teammates include hazard removers like Alolan Sandslash and Skuntank as well as wallbreakers such as Stoutland and Alolan Exeggutor, which can soften bulkier Pokemon while enjoying Oricorio-E's ability to take on the likes of Gurdurr and Scyther.

Due to the rise of offensive Flying- types such as Scyther and Dodrio, as well as Oricorio-G's difficulty sponging Dark-type (Dark-type?)attacks from the likes of Gurdurr and Skuntank, Oricorio-E has become the preferred form to use(use of what?)! While Oricorio-E's subpar defenses and weakness to Stealth Rock can push down its defensive prowess, it can utilize its near-exclusive dual typing to check threats such as Togedemaru(not a very notable mon to defensively check, not to mention toge cripples with toxic), while also turning the likes of Oricorio-G and Gurdurr into setup fodder. Hidden Power Fighting or Ground can be used to muscle past checks such as Togedemaru, Aggron, and Aurorus, whereas the influx of balance teams make Taunt a viable option. Oricorio-E's versatility, remarkable role compression, ability to threaten defensive cores like Jellicent + Roselia, and the high power of Supersonic Skystrike (dont really need to mention the z move, the fact that its strong is kinda a given)allow Oricorio-E to perform well against a variety of playstyles. Ideal teammates for Oricorio-E include Alolan Sandslash, which is able to check Ice-types and remove entry hazards(id say just talk about hazard removers in general), as well as wallbreakers such as Stoutland and Alolan Exeggutor, which can soften bulkier Pokemon while thriving off of Oricorio-E's ability to take on the likes of Gurdurr and Scyther.
