OU 1v1

K attempt number two this time i hope i am using the right format srry bout last time anywho this is a team i made and i havnt figured out the evs yet but that is one thing i dont need help on the main thing i need to know is if i should get rid of any moves pokemon abilities ect also they are listed in no specific order thank you for your help and now my team which consist of but is not limited to......
Bronzong

Moveset:
1.Gyro Ball
2.Light Screen
3.Reflect
4.stealth rocks

EV: 252 HP / 129 Def / 129 SpD
Ability: levitate
Nature: Brave
Item: Light Clay

Bronzong the terrible is what he is called by some but for me he is known only as the forth wall that shall not be broken. (kinda lame i know but hey who says i cant have a little fun with the naming.) He is going to be used as a wall and will have basically no speed so he can take a hit and sweep em all with gyro ball. I picked bronzing because I like steel types and I think he is one of the best multi wall in the game.

Donphan

Moveset:
1. Rapid Spin
2. Earthquake
3. Assurance
4. Ice Shard / Roar

EV: 252 HP / 188 Atk / 68 Def
Ability: sturdy
Nature: Adamant
Item: Leftovers

K so i went with donphan over skar i like this switch cause i gets rid of yet another fire weakness and also i will be just fine without my spikes i think having a bulky rapid spinner will be better i also think that he will be able to hit what skar couldnt and hit them hard like those pesky heatrans man i see those everwhere in battle videos so yeah i like it hbu guys

Tyranitar

Moveset:
1.Rock slide
2.Earthquake
3.Dragon dance
4.Substitute

EV: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Ability: sand stream
Nature: Adamant
Item: choice scarf

Tyranitar the great he is one of my physical sweepers and I like him because of the fact that he will get in take on just about anything and live to tell the story. But the main reason I picked him is for his power and his ability to annoy with sand stream. and I relies he is easy to counter but that is why I have snorlax and zapdos. I’m not too sure on the item he’s holding so if you can think of anything better let me know.

Starmie

Moveset:
1.Hydro pump
2.Thunderbolt
3.Ice Beam
4.recover

EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Ability: Natural Cure
Nature: Timid
Item: life orb

K i chose starmie because he has a great spatk for a water type he can learn thunder blot which can be a useful attack on a water type he can also switch in on anyone who i think might use toxic or try to bunr my pokes cause he can then switch out and get rid of it or i could use bronzong too but i guess i have two that can take it which is always good. i decided to give up on spd cause i liked the sugestion by satan soul to use spe rather than spd so yeah i like this switch how bout u guys.

Zapdos

Moveset:
1.Thunder bolt
2.HP ice
3.Heat wave
4.roost

EV: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Ability: Pressure
Nature: modest
Item: Life orb

Zapdos is my second special sweeper and he’s going to hit them hard and fast and with style and that is one of the reasons I like him he looks cool hits hard and is fast as lightning. I did decide to go for HP ice and i switched uturn for roost i think it will help out in the long run as far as keeping him alive for a much longer time because i kinda need him for some coverage on my other pokes.

snorlax

Moveset:
1.Return
2.Retaliate
3.Crunch
4.Fire punch

EV: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 SpD
Ability: Thick Fat
Nature: Adamant
Item: Choice band

and finally after all this random typing we are at the fat a** of my team the giant ball of fat that will sit on every last pokemon that stands, sits, flies, or whatever pokemon do to get in his way hell crush em all without breaking a sweat and not only can he hit pretty hard but he can also take hits especially fire and ice so he’ll be good at covering the steel types on my team and at covering tyranitar

well thanks for the help even though it took two times to get it right i hope it was worth it and that i get some good suggestions to help me with my team :P

thanks a ton faladran u have been a big help like i said im new so thanks for helping me get the finishing touches on my post and all i want to make this team soon so again i appreciate all the help

Hi there. I'm defintely not a pokemon guru, but I do think I have some tips that will really help your team.

First of all, never under any circumstances, run Sky Attack. Two-turn attacks are generally unfavorable as they allow the opponent to switch in with impunity and setup in your face. Brave Bird on the other hand is a much more reliable choice, and recoil will be a nonissue with Roost. I'd also recommend Leftovers over Rocky Helmet, but that's up to you.

Next, I highly advise getting rid of Explosion and Selfdestruct on Bronzong/Snorlax. As of this generation, neither of the two is that good. Now the following are just suggestions, but I feel like these sets would be much more useful to your team:

For Bronzong:
move 1: Stealth Rock
move 2: Gyro Ball
move 3: Hidden Power Ice
move 4: Earthquake
item: Leftovers
ability: Levitate
nature: Sassy
evs: 252 HP / 84 Atk / 80 Def / 92 SpD
ivs: 2 Spe

This set will allow Bronzy to troll dragons and Gliscor, while maintaining a killer STAB, EQ, killer bulk, and the ability to setup rocks for your team, which will go nicely with Skarmory's Roar/Spikes.

As for Snorlax, his most practical Choice set is similar to yours, however the EV's are slightly altered for greater overall bulk and he utilizes some better coverage options:

move 1: Return
move 2: Fire Punch
move 3: Earthquake
move 4: Pursuit
item: Choice Band / Leftovers
ability: Thick Fat
nature: Adamant
evs: 40 HP / 252 Atk / 40 Def / 176 SpD

Essentially the same set that you're running movewise, except with Pursuit he has the ability to come in on a choiced Gengar or Chandelure locked on Shadow Ball and hit them on the switch-out with Pursuit.

Continuing on, I think that Vaporeon is simply... a poor choice for a sweeper. His 110 Special Attack is surely impressive, but with no scarf and 65 speed, he won't be outspeeding anything. Personally i find Starmie running the standard LO set to be much more effective. Something like this:

move 1: Hydro Pump / Surf
move 2: Ice Beam
move 3: Thunderbolt
move 4: Recover / Hidden Power Fire
item: Life Orb
ability: Natural Cure
nature: Timid
evs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Sp

Pretty self explanatory. Nice coverage and great resilience with Natural Cure (and Recover if you opt for it). I feel like it will do the designated job much more efficiently than Vaporeon.

My last concern is that having a defensive core of Bronzong/Skarmory is... impractical. Nothing on your team is immune to or highly effective at soaking up electric attacks, and both of them share a terrible weakness to fire moves. Perhaps a ground type would suit you better? Just a thought.

Anyway, hope that helped.

thanks for the sugestions i will most likely be getting rid of vapreon cause i dont like him much he was kinda a last minute thing but i have a team with a starmie so if u have another one that i could use let me hear it and as for the others i kinda threw together movesets so thanks for all the sugestions what ground type do u suggest
edit: k i figured out the changes hope it works out for me btw i havent battled with this team yet cause i want to "perfect" most of the flaws first i relise i cant fix them all but i want to fix most of them also i havent even made this team seeing as i make them on pokegen but i make them legit so no worries about me haxing cause i hate haxing there is no point i would rather win legitly also any tips on where to start battling cause i have never battled anyone outside my friends and i want some better competition but i want to start small so if u can help me out here too that would be awsome thanks for the help and once i get the final touches on the stats and movesets ill make this team and get battling i also may make a youtube but with another name and post some battles but dont expect much cause i dont have a ton of time anywho thanks again

As to request, here it is!!!

Minor Changes
-There's no reason to put attack EVs on Bronzong, you should just place the job as a full wall and put all EVs into bulk. That way, you can ensure that you can properly setup dual screens
-Recommending Donphan, but if you're using Skarmory, lose the rocky helmet and put in lefties
-I say run Stone Edge instead of Rock Slide on Ttar
-Starmie's the way to go, and I say 4 HP Evs instead of SpD
-U-turn is unncessary for Zapdos
-HP Ice for Zapdos due to lots of things being weak to it (Landorus, Gliscor, Chomp etc.)

Threats
The one that really pops out is mixed Infernape, Bronzong gets 2HKOed by max attack Infernape's Flare Blitz with Stealth Rock damage. Skarmory (If you decide to use it, which is why I recommend Donphan) is OHKOed by Overheat, Ttar is gone after Close Combat, and Snorlax is overkilled after a Close Combat

Solutions
With this, Starmie is your man (or whatever thingy) as it outspeeds Infernape and Infernape can't do anything to damage it badly. However, I'd recommend this set instead:

Starmie @ Life Orb / Leftovers
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
-Hydro Pump / Surf
-Thunderbolt
-Ice Beam
-Recover / Grass Knot / Rapid Spin

Should do away with all your Monkey problems

Secondly, use Donphan over Skarmory, as Infernape can't OHKO Donphan and Donphan can OHKO Infernape, your current set seems pretty good.

Hope I helped
