OU 4th Gen Team

I realize that many of my sets are unconventional by usual standards, but i dont like the monotony of everyone using the same sets of the time. This is also my first time posting a Rate My Team, so any help at all would be very helpful. I am fairly new to competitive battling (only a few months in) so it would make it easy for me to overlook common threats, I'm sure. Again, any help would be appreciated!

Shanaynay (Empoleon) (F) @ Focus Sash
Trait: Torrent
EVs: 100 HP / 128 Def / 116 SAtk / 128 SDef / 36 Spd
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Grass Knot
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- Stealth Rock
I know, the ev spread is probably horrible. But i put them where i felt i needed them. The HP, defenses, and natures are obviously for giving it survivability outside of the guaranteed one from focus sash. The speed ev's are to make sure that it outspeeds any lead Swamperts that dont think I carry grass knot. The idea is to be able to set up stealth rocks, or to put a dent of damage into their team significantly.

Nurse Joy (Vaporeon) (F) @ Leftovers
Trait: Water Absorb
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Wish
- Protect
- Surf
- Ice Beam
I know, not the usual equal defenses but this has honestly worked for me more with all of the dragon dancers and other physical pokemon out there. Especially good as an Infernape counter as it can set up a wish THEN hit with a surf and act as if no damage was taken at all. Its other obvious use is to pass wishes to my sweepers Tyranitar and Scizor so that they may sweep late game.

Wu-Tang (Scizor) (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Technician
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Brick Break
- U-turn
- Roost
- Bullet Punch
One of my late game sweepers and main FBB (fat b**** blissey)counter as without flamethrower theres not much blissey can do to prevent at least one swords dance. The max hp also gives it survivability in addition to its natural defenses so that it may survive a few hits and set up to hopefully sweep.

Touchdown (Gliscor) (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sand Veil
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 128 Def / 124 Spd
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Aerial Ace
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- Roost
Mainly just a wall to prevent from being swept and something to take electric and ground type attacks. Aerial ace is not a very common move but it makes dealing with pokemon such as Breloom and Heracross much simpler, so that they may not easily set up. Earthquake and stone edge together have very good coverage as most know already.

Parahax (Jolteon) (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Volt Absorb
EVs: 56 HP / 200 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Thunderbolt
- Substitute
- Thunder Wave
- Shadow Ball

I realize most people just dump everything into speed and special attack but i dont like a pokemon having next to no defenses out there. Id like it to be able to switch in on something resisted and not cringe in fear. I have shadow ball for the ground types (and ghost types too obviously), that like to switch in on a predicted thunderbolt. Substitute is to scout for which move they are going to pick or a switch as to have a free sub and pick the appropriate move. Thunderwave is to help slow down sweepers such as dragon dance kingdra that my team has had problems dealing with in the past.

Flyranitar (Tyranitar) (M) @ Leftovers
Trait: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP / 152 Def / 104 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Crunch
- Fire Punch
- Dragon Dance
- Stone Edge

I decided not to put any attack ev's into this set since its suppose to dragon dance up late game and sweep off of a vaporeon wish. I put enough into defense so that it would equal the special defense after the special defense boost of sandstorm, and would be able to survive a bullet punch from a scizor and hit back with fire punch.

Anything that you guys suggest would be greatly appreciated and a huge help! please reply soon!

Well I just I'm the first one to reply. Interesting team to say the least but I have some few things to say. Change Scizor's nature to technician because swarm is useless and tech makes bullet punch very scary to face. On Gliscor change Aerial Ace to taunt or Toxic because it can beat celebi, Blissey and many more one on one. On Jolteon change Thunderwave to Hp grass (for swampert) or Hp Ice (for flygon or gliscor). If you really want the paralysis hax then change thunderbolt to discharge which has a decent 30% chance of paralysis

oh its actually technician i just forgot to change it on pokemon online before i exported it. without aerial ace i really dont have anything for machamp and breloom though, so how would i deal with those? ill definitely think about hp grass or ice on jolteon since that makes alot of sense. and EV advice?
