Zoroark is a banished "weakling", due to it being outclassed by many other superior Pokemon. Lucario outclasses it, and Darkrai does it's job better. But, there is one unique trait that sets it from it's competitors.
The Illusion ability.
Some say that Zoroark is the Sharingan user for Pokemon, for those of you who watch Naruto I'm sure you know what I mean. It causes illusions.
So, that's how it will be. You see, if the usage of Zoroark was just a little higher, the whole metagame will reform....Zoroark will strike paranoia to fighters, and will plague them.
For example, Zoroark clearly is able to imitate certain Pokemon like Gengar, or something like Gardevoir. With that, it is able to ambush many Pokemon, surprising many trainers. Think of the possibilities! Zoroark has the above 100s, able to outspeed threats such as Garchomp and Salamence and give them a Hidden Power Ice.
