Why is this little thing UU? With the + of being faster then most pokes in OU, it guarantees a steath rocks. Iron Head, and Zen Headbutt are for the addition of flinch+serene grace+STAB. when its job is done, it works a VERY effective Wish passer, and pontential for a physical sweep.

Yeah,preditable eh? But still, a SubSeed set was proven effective last gen by Breloom. And with a AMAZING combo of Leaf Storm+Contrary +2 boost from it. But the thing is, you gain 1/6 of your HP a turn with lefties and seeds, but Giga drain after a +4 or so SP.A boost, will make health an non-factor. Hidden power is for protection from fires. I had agility over substitute, but i revised 252 speed EV's, and its better.

PREDICTABILITY FTW. But for real though, this is a monster this gen. Hi Jump Kick is a nice STAB move, but its a tad risky. Blaze kick is chosen over flare blitz because its frail enough. Protects gets you a free speed boost(s),i had SUB buts its not efficient on such a frail pokemon. and Baton Pass is a staple. if your playing on the smogon server on PO, its banned so i would reccomend SD.

Dragon dance Gyara -.- MOAR PREDICTABILITY! Water Fall is the only TRUELY good Physical water move. Stone Edge is a Gyara Staple now. taunt prevents pokemon from stopping your set up (ex.roar) Not much to say. its been the same for 8 years.

The legendary chomp is back in the biz of OU. With a nasty stab EQ, 120 base damage STAB outrage, it is a GREAT revenge killer. i would say the best, but theres chandulure-.- Fire Fang is nice with a high ATk, and is a gorgeous switch in to breloom, but serperior still outspeeds :/ Stone edge says high to gyarados.

Ok metagross, ima let you finish, BUT GLISCOR IS THE BEST STALL BREAKER EVAR. ok, i know stall is a bit obselete, but this set is still good. with a great STAB EQ, and after fling a 110 base power Acrobatics. Protect gets a free turn too prevent any though of causing a stall. Fling gets a staller to rethink there idea, as toxic orb causes a BAD poison. Did i mention a 110 base power STAB Acrobatics?
