Gen 7 OU Balance Team (Mega Charizard + Kartana)

Here is my team to be rated.

Clefable @ Leftovers
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk

This is my Wisher. It provides extremely important support for the team, and Calm Mind and Soft-Boiled is for outstalling most Pokemon. Besides, Wish is for passing to Pokemon without efficient recovery (i.e. Kartana), and it provides support against dragons too. I did not want to put Stealth Rock on this because most of the time it would get Defogged by the opponent, or even by my own Pokemon.

Ability: Beast Boost

This is my speedy sweeper. It carries Choice Scarf as boosts will be provided by Beast Boost, which increases attack. It readily accepts Wishes from Clefairy and sweeps through teams with its varied coverage. In fact, I used the 'paper plane' set mostly because it is too frail to use a Swords Dance and tank a move. This Pokemon also has capabilities to switch into Toxic, but it must be wary of Intimidate.

Ability: Drought

EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Fire Blast
- Focus Blast
- Solar Beam
- Roost

This is my main sweeper. With Drought boosting Fire Blast and Solar Beam crashing most Rock Slide/Stone Edge users. Focus Blast is mostly used for CurseLax sets, and it beats many Water types including Mega Swampert with Solar Beam. Roost is for reliable recovery and the ability to stop Thunderbolt in its tracks. This Pokemon must be careful of Rock Tomb and Stone Edge users.

Tapu Fini @ Leftovers
Ability: Misty Surge
EVs: 248 HP / 16 Def / 12 SpA / 40 SpD / 192 Spe
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Defog
- Moonblast
- Scald
- Taunt

This Tapu is mainly for the power of Defogging. It stops most Stealth Rockers, who (Landorus, Garchomp, Heatran) are usually weak to Scald and Moonblast. In case of phazers, a Taunt may be used. Taunt can also be used for annoying Leech Seeders such as Ferrothorn and Venusaur.

Greninja @ Waterium Z
Ability: Protean
Hidden Power: Fire
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Gunk Shot
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Ice Beam

As a more powerfully hitting Pokemon than Tapu, it usually comes with Spikes, but since I eschew entry hazards (Defog! Rapid Spin!), therefore, I have put Ice Beam. As a matter of fact, it is a good and hard-hitting Pokemon, which provides a superpowered Hydro Vortex to KO some of the most threatening threats.

Kyurem-Black @ Life Orb
Ability: Teravolt
Shiny: Yes
Hidden Power: Fire
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Ice Beam
- Fusion Bolt
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Roost

As the final Pokemon and providing Electric coverage, it is a powerful Orbed Pokemon and it knows 3 attacks and Roost for reliable recovery. It can beat Ditto 1v1 mainly because of Roost. Therefore, it is a massive wallbreaker which can KO Shaymin and also common switch-ins. It also shuts down Ferrothorn and Kartana without Scarf (which is commonly found).

I hope that through my advice, you will be able to improve your team.

I immediately point out that Tapu Koko n Tapu Lele are formidable threats, i think also that Toxapex can wall your team also u don't have a ground immunity to make preassure on Rotom or Zapdos, to make more singergy to the Kartana + CharY core.
Also i can notice that u don't have any answers to fat balanced teams or stall, this means that u need a very good wallbreaker to use it againts this stuff.
We can consider M-Zam as another temible weak cuz he can spam the STAB n hit without problems every single mates that u have.

Now we can pass to the possible changes:
First of all i think that :garchomp: > :kyurem black: is a very good change, for 2 reasons.
I think that u need a setter for your team n play with an offensive Setter with :rockium Z: n SD with Stone Edge can hit alot of counters of Kartana as Zapdos, Celesteela, Skarmory or Tornadus. Also thx Earthquake is a good answer vs Heatran, Magearna, M-Mawile n Magnezone.
I have written that M-Zam, Koko, Lele or CM users as Rauniclus n M-Latias can be very annoying for your team for this reason :magearna: > :clefable: is a very good choice. :leftovers: are needed to recover hp each turn when comes in, also Pain Split is used to predict the possible checks swith in n recover hp n have more longevity in the game, Fleur Cannon is used to chip damage on Landorus, Latias n is a very good combination with the synergy of Heart Swap. Volt Switch is a very good move to use Magearna like a pivot n improve the momentum for your offensive core.
I want to show u the possible set changes for your team rn:
At this point :greninja: needs :life orb: to do 100% change of 2HKO on Pex thanks Extrasensory > Hydro Pump, implement the damage of HP fire vs Ferrothorn, Shift Gear Mag, make a possible (71.8 - 85.7%) vs Clef and (82.5 - 97.6%) vs Fini.
In the end for :tapu fini: optional u can run Nature's Madness > Moonblast to use it like a potential stallbreaker n make bery good preassure on Toxapex without claim Ninja.

In conclusion, Building on such a core prefers a good command of the mg and occasionally knowing how to dare some predict, in order not to lose momentum and always put pressure on the team of your opponent, in any case it is a good team that covers excellent part of the mg.
