OU Balanced (Hopefully)

Hello, and welcome to my first RMT (and post!) on these forums. I am not really new to competitive battling, as I have been playing since December 2012. Also, if somebody could tell me how to post a picture of a Pokemon, it would be appreciated!

The team:

Excadrill @ Rocky Helmet
Mold Breaker
192 HP/160 Def/156 SpD
Impish
-Stealth Rock
-Earthquake
-Rock Slide
-Rapid Spin

Excadrill here is my lead. It can almost always set up Stealth Rock without a problem because Mold Breaker ignores those pesky Magic Bounce users. Rocky Helmet so that Rapid Spin users can take damage while doing little to Excadrill. The EVs allow it to survive Adamant Talonflame's Flare Blits that has no boosts or damage boosting item. Earthquake is a reliable STAB, while Rock Slide takes care of Talonflame and will always OHKO the common sets. The flinch chance is nice against slower Pokemon. Rapid Spin to remove opponent's hazards that are on my side.

Keldeo @ Fist Plate
Justified
252 SpA/252 Spe/4 SpD
Timid
-Substitute
-Calm Mind
-Surf
-Secret Sword

Standard SubCM set. Keldeo makes an effective late-game sweeper once all faster threats are out. Substitute is to block status. Calm Mind to boost that Special Attack and Defense. Surf and Secret Sword are mandatory STABs that make it a pretty good mixed attacker. Splash Plate is so people can think I am choiced when I use an attack first, and later use Sub when a Pokemon who could stop it switches in.

Latios @ Choice Specs
Levitate
252 SpA/252 Spe/4 HP
Timid
-Draco Meteor
-Psyshock
-Shadow Ball
-Hidden Power [Fire]

My other special attacker, a bit of an unusual set with Shadow Ball. EVs and nature are standard, while Draco Meteor nukes and Psyshock takes care of the blobs. Thunderbolt is for the water types who might give some trouble to this team. Hidden Power [Fire] is there to hit Scizor, Skarmory, and Ferrothorn.

Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Poison Heal
252 HP/252 SpD/4 Att
Careful
-Earthquake
-Tailwind
-Toxic
-U-turn

Gliscor makes a pretty good switch-in to most physical attackers, even without investment. EVs are to maximize it's special bulk while the item and ability allow it to heal. Earthquake is a STAB, but is pretty weak. U-turn allows it to get out of tight situations. Tailwind can make Latios faster to nuke stuff much more effectively for a few turns, and U-turn goes pretty well with Tailwind because it lets Gliscor switch to something that can smash stuff. Toxic for some status to get rid of tough walls.

Scizor @ Life Orb
Technician
252 HP/252 Att/4 SpD
Adamant
-Swords Dance
-Bullet Punch
-Bug Bite
-Pursuit

Scizor is my trapper and main damage dealer. It's use is to weaken the opposing team with powerful, priority Bullet Punches. Bug Bite for another STAB. Pursuit has helped a lot, OHKOing fleeing Espeon and Latios. Item, ability, EVs, and nature are all standard.

Charizard @ Charizardite X
Blaze ===> Tough Claws
252 Att/252 Spe/4 HP
Jolly
-Dragon Dance
-Flare Blits
-Dragon Claw
-Earthquake

Charizard is used to take out particularly annoying Pokemon (I'm looking at you Rotom-W and Sableye), and just stuff I can't generally take out. Dragon Dance to boost, Flare Blits and Dragon Claw for STAB. I'm thinking of replacing Dragon Claw with Outrage so I can use it once Steels are gone, thoughts? Earthquake is so I don't get walled by Heatran.

All in all, this team is probably my best so far, and has done quite well. I have a way to get around pretty much everything, but if you see a threat I don't, please let me know with a relatively good check/counter to it.

First: gliscor is a physical wall: u cannot wall water and ice move, u are immune in any case against electric. Using tailwind, with 3 fast mons is useless.

Gliscor @ Toxic Orb
Poison Heal
EVs: 252 HP/ 252 Def /4 Att
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Substitute
- Toxic
- Protect / Knock Off / Ice Fang

Now some mat:

252 SpA Choice Specs Latios Psyshock vs. 4 HP / 252+ Def Eviolite Chansey: 261-307 (40.6 - 47.8%) -- guaranteed 3HKO

So u can kill chansey at low health with your latios, but

252 SpA Fist Plate Keldeo Secret Sword vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Eviolite Chansey: 440-518 (62.5 - 73.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Why wasting time when u have keldeo?

Your scizor's EVs spread should ben this:
248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 SDef
In this way u get less damage when u switch on SR. And yes, replace bug bite over u-turn.

For excadrill: stone edge over iron head (u already have scizor for fairys) so u can hit talonflame.

Shadow ball on latios is useless. U can replace it with thunderbolt (no electric/grasso moves). Trying to it aegislash with latios is a suicide.

I don't like 2 ground mon in the same time, but probably in this case they can work. Nicee team

Well, I agree with the new EV spread on Scizor, and thanks for the advice for Bug Bite. I suppose I can replace Iron Head with Rock Slide because they would both have the same flinch chance, and it hits Talonflame. And I'll take out Shadow Ball and replace it with probably Thunderbolt. Now, Psyshock hits most stuff harder than Psychic with AV Conk running everywhere, and it wasn't ONLY for the blobs, my mistake. Also, Tailwind is the key to the set, which allows Scizor to set up easily and allows it to punch holes much more efficiently. The EVs in SpD have helped a lot, and it isn't really a wall for my team because I have no wall; it is just a utility Pokemon.

I'd take Rocky Helmet off Excadrill in favor of Leftovers since you're running a bulky set.
I'd replace U-Turn on Scizor with Either Roost or Bug Bite. Bug Bite if you want more coverage. Roost if you want Scizor to stay around longer. U-Turn and Swords Dance simply don't mix.

I have used Leftovers before, but I didn't like it so it got changed to Rocky Helmet so spinners don't do their job for free. And yes, I know SD + U-turn is redundant so I already did change it to Bug Bite. Should update the main post....
