Hey guys, I've played competitive Pokemon a lot, but quitted right before the start of ORAS so I haven't kept up with the current metagame that much and have done some light research on it and created this team that I really like in terms of competitiveness and looks i.e my favorite mons.
Scizor-Mega @ Scizorite
Ability: Light Metal
EVs: 248 HP / 44 Atk / 16 Def / 200 SpD
Impish Nature
- Bullet Punch
- Roost
- Swords Dance
- U-turn
Instead of going for the usual Scizor with Choice Band, I've decided to opt for a more "bulky" approach. This is mainly because Scizor's Bullet Punch is very valuable to hit fairies and I want to keep it as long as possible + Mega Scizor can also work as a special defensive tank. U-Turn is there mainly to act as scout for mons that could harm Scizor and does decent amount of damage in general. Whatever this Scizor can't do, the other mons can do it for him.
Latias @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 72 HP / 184 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Defog
- Psyshock
- Roost
Latias, in general, is a very good pokemon that has good speed and special attack and works perfectly with this team. She provides
1.Entry hazard removals via Defog
2.Psyshock that does very good damage to a lot of OU pokes such as Chansey, Sylveon, Conkeldurr, Gengar, etc
3.Draco Meteor which is in general a very good move against a lot of mons
4.Roost to keep her in shape
Heatran @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Magma Storm
- Earth Power
- Taunt
- Toxic
Heatran is here just for one thing. To stop bulky potent sweepers and walls. Magma Storm is there to prevent them from leaving. Earth Power to do damage against common Heatrans i.e non-252 Spe Heatrans. Taunt mainly to stop the opponent from recovering. Toxic for walls. I'm currently unsure whether to have 4 SpA and 252 SpD instead, since I don't expect this Heatran to do that much damage against an average mon anyway unless it's weak to fire or ground.
Landorus-Therian @ Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 252 HP / 240 Def / 8 SpD / 8 Spe
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- U-turn
- Stealth Rock
- Stone Edge
Landorus-Therian is able to stealth rock and cause good damage with EQ and SE. U-turning with Landorus-T and coupling that with Volt Switching with Rotom-W is pretty good due to their very different typing thus making it harder for the opponent to hit these two mons at a time. Instead of having him having high attack, I want him to stay alive in order for the VoltTurn tactic to work.
Rotom-Wash @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 Spe
Bold Nature
- Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump
- Will-O-Wisp
- Pain Split
Rotom-Wash is pretty good as a wall. It can cause high damage via Hydro Pump and can usually take a hit from physical attackers and then Will-O-Wisp them.
Kyurem-Black @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Teravolt
EVs: 252 Atk / 32 SpA / 224 Spe
Naive Nature
- Fusion Bolt
- Outrage
- Ice Beam
- Iron Head
Kyurem-Black with high attack AND high speed?! That's a dangerous combo right there haha. It can practically hit every mons hard with it's diverse moveset (other than steel types)
Scizor-Mega @ Scizorite
Ability: Light Metal

Impish Nature
